Beautiful home!

We truly enjoyed our stay. House was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool, fire pit and kayaking in the canals. We are in close proximity to Fort Meyers, Sanibel and Captiva. Close to shopping as well. Would definitely stay at this house again!! Thank you !

Family Vacation

Pro’s House was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with rental management was excellent and anything you will need is close by. Con’s Neighborhood was a mix between rentals and permanent homes, some of the neighborhood was a bit run down. It took nearly 30 minutes to get to Fort Myers or Captiva beaches (also must pay a toll each time you go from Cape Coral). Charged for electric usage. We rented a boat thinking we would be able to fish from it, we were told not to try as the river is only dredged in the middle and is very shallow on each side of the channel. Navigating the boat through the river is also unlike anything I’ve experienced. Unless you are familiar with the area I would not recommend renting a boat here.

Would have give all 5 stars except for "Accuracy of online listing" because list noted counter-current swimming system but when we arrived we found out that it didn't work. The counter-current swimming system was one of the main reasons why we chose the villa. Other than this we found the property clean, spacious, well appointed, and had everything we needed and more. From beach chairs, a cooler, pool floats, and plenty of towels. We liked the sonos sound system, and played many games of pool on the pool table.

Our Cape Coral Family Vacation

This house was not only clean and beautiful it was located in an area close to so many things , the boat dock was perfect we rented a boat and spent 3 days on the water and when we where back at the house we could lay by the beautiful pool ! There was even a billiard table for entrainment as well . These house felt like a home the week we spent in it . The master bathroom was gorgeous ! You will fall in love with this home ✝️🙏🏻💜

More than expected

I’ll have to admit, I always set my expectations lower than the pictures state. But this property did not let us down. Although driving through the neighborhood, I was still in doubt, when we walked through the door, we were pleasantly surprised. The house had more provisions than most rentals we stay in, the pool was refreshing, the fishing was convenient and close enough to everything else. Patricia checked us in and gave some local tips and great places to eat. We highly recommend BAM the German bakery. Also if you have kids, the Sunsplash water park is a must. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Renting a house vs staying at a resort/hotel really paid off. We got to stay at a wonderful house and enjoyed the extra space. We look forward to visiting some of the other houses these property owners have as everything was outstanding!

Wonderful stay at Villa Saxony

We were so happy we chose Villa Saxony and had a great trip. The inside of the property is beautifully decorated in a modern style and equipped with everything you need. The pool is heated and the deck area is very spacious with a fire pit and seating in the corner. There is also a bbq. And sun all day. Also loved the view of the canal. And our kids enjoyed the pool table abs smart TV. Stores and restaurants are all close by. Loved it!

we have rented in Cape Coral before and this was the best one. Close to main part of town. All supplies any one would need. Bathroom master shower is huge. Pool and area lovely and temp control home is perfect. Hope to return again. Highly recommend this home.

This is the vacation home for you!

Beautiful, comfortable home on a lovely tree lined street in a quiet neighborhood. This home is exactly as described. Pool was clean, lots of nice towels and furnishings. Only 2 of us in the house, but we enjoyed every bit of it down to the sparkling clean garage! Everything you could hope for in a vacation rental! Man hofft immer, dass die Beschreibung der Wirklichkeit entspricht...wenn man dann aber ankommt und die Realität übertrifft das Erwartete dann weis man, man hat alles richtig gemacht. Hier ist dies so! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hell und sehr gräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannt. Der Pool trägt hierzu bei. (Poolboys/Gärtner kümmern sich einmal die Woche) Schon vorab war der Kontakt in Deutschland hervorragend und dies hat sich auch in Florida so fortgesetzt. Die von Patricia vorbereiteten Informationen waren sehr hilfreich und können uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. Besonders schön fanden wir es im "Rumrunners". Die umliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leicht zu finden und bieten reichlich Auswahl für ein leckeres Barbeque auf dem Mega-Grill, welcher auf der Terrasse zur freien Nutzung steht. Genial: Heiko organisiert ein Boot und unterweist. Wenn man sich an seine Tips hält, sind die Ausfahrten jederzeit machbar. Wir würden uns jederzeit über ein Wiedersehen freuen.

Good location and high quality home

Excellent stay and probably the nicest home we have stayed in so far in SouthWest Florida - and we have have stayed in quite a few. Saxony is beautifully laid out and decorated to a very high standard, exactly as pictured. it was also exceptionally well equipped with more than enough of everything we could possibly have needed to enjoy our stay and everything was good quality. As a family of four we especially enjoyed the pool area, the cinema style big screen TV and playing some pool.

Wir haben zu 6., zwei Familien mit jeweils einer 17 bzw. 18-jährigen Tochter, 1 Woche in der Villa Saxony verbracht und waren alle rundherum begeistert. Note 1. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Billardtisch wurde nahezu jeden Abend von den Mädels mit den Papas genutzt. Betreuung vor Ort war sehr angenehm und kompetent.

Sehr schönes Haus, komplett renoviert mit toller Ausstattung. Helle Farben und Modern eingerichtet. Geeignet für Gäste mit Freude am Wohnen und gerne Sorge tragen. Die Villa bietet alles und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Für Musikliebhaber einfach den eigenen Musikstream mit dem Sonos HiFi System koppeln und geniessen. Es gäbe noch so vieles positives zu berichten, aber das wäre zu aufwendigt. Gerne schliesse ich meine Bewertung ab mit „Perfekt“ !

Urlaub von Anfang an...... das kann man genau so sagen. Schon beim Öffnen der Haustüre fühlte man sich "Herzlich willkommen". Prosecco auf der Bar, Wasser im Kühlschrank, eine Mappe mit allen wichtigen Informationen und noch viel mehr nützlichen Tipps. Noch besser war die persönliche Betreuung vom Hausteam, immer erreichbar, zuverlässig und kompetent. Selbst ein Boot wurde uns noch ermöglicht, obwohl eigentlich keines mehr zu bekommen war. Das sollte man auch unbedingt in Betracht ziehen. Das Haus selbst war natürlich in bestem Zustand, und wie beschrieben. Erwähnen möchten wir auch gerne die Buchung selbst, hier wurde alles möglich gemacht und das ist schon 5 Sterne wert! Man sagt ja "Vorfreude ist die schönste Freude", bei uns blieb diese Freude bis zum Schluss!!! Wir sagen nochmals vielen lieben Dank !! Babs, Matthias, Sahsa und Matthias
