House was as shown in pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and dining supplies. Property manager was easily accessed and always helpful. Home was in a good location and close to lots of dining and shopping. Garage had floats for the pool. The kids loved the giant jenga game! Extra cots were set up for us upon arrival and the kids thought they were the coolest “beds”. 10/10.

Home away frome home

We had a lovely stay. It was the perfect spot near family to use as a home base for our vacation. The house was amazingly well equipped so we were able to cook a large meal for the whole family no issues. We enjoyed the pool and relaxed vibe of the house. We had an issue early on and the owner was superbly responsive and accommodating. Our stay at The Cape Escape really allowed us to have a magical vacation. Thank you!

Super cute house

Loved our stay, lived that it was dog friendly, I truly have nothing negative thing to say. Everything was super clean and having a washer & dryer on site was fantastic. Our contact host was very quick in responding to any questions or requests we had. Bathrooms were very nice (we did notice in both bathrooms the hand soap was very low, it looked like it had plenty but the tube didn't go all the way to the bottom) But if that's the only thing I can complain about that's being super mega picky! Had Everything we could possibly need, plenty of towels, they even had beach/ pool towels and pool noodles, toys, rafts. First aid things even some emergency feminine needs things, I was honestly blown away. Oh and in one of the bedrooms they had a white noise machine!! I was thrilled because I have one at home and couldn't really bring it, so that was a super nice surprise. 😊 We would come back here again in a heart beat. The neighborhood was very mixed still, some of the homes were clearly still being worked on, or people had given up and left (?) I believe there's going to be a lot more flipped homes here. One thing to know if you've never been to the area, there is a toll going over the bridge to get back onto the island, so it's just 1 way, not both, it takes ezpass, Ipass. Sun pass, they even take river link, which makes it a lot easier to go across, if course they will toll by plate but you can buy a prepaid sun pass all over the place.

Great Place to Stay

The house felt like it was completely new. All the beds were very comfortable, lots of pillows to choose from. Kitchen had everything you need to cook at "home". Location was convenient and poll was refreshing. We would stay here again

Cape Escape was GREAT

This may be the most thought out rental I’ve ever been to! It has everything you need for a beach day and pool days! The kitchen is fully stocked, there are games for the family, a new washer and dryer, and sitting room for everyone. The house is very spacious, and comfortable. The pool was heated perfectly to my liking and when we got there it was completely clean. The beds are comfortable and there’s more then enough pillows. There was even a yoga mat and small weights! A serious 10/10!!

Lovely newly refurbished home with pool

The outside appearance of this older home does not prepare you for the beautiful furnishings, spotlessly clean and well equipped interior. It has everything you need and then some. It is kid friendly. The backyard pool is lovely and private. The neighborhood is still cleaning up from the hurricane, and landscaping has obviously suffered. But we enjoyed our stay very much. Great property!

Perfect paradise

This house was perfect. Kitchen fully stocked, house was clean and decore was inviting. Pool was clean, outside patio furniture was comfortable. Location of house is close to everywhere and neighborhood was quiet. Reached out to property manager about ripped pool floats and they brought new ones same day. I would stay here again and highly recommend this rental.

My family and I visited for my mothers birthday. THe home is very clean, organized and very well equipped. Much better than on the photos. We had an amazing time, enjoyed the pool and local outdoor adventures.

Home rental in Cape Coral

Instructions are very vague should’ve had a manual on how the house operates it was all electronics and a little confusing on how to open the door and operate the thermostat for the air conditioner that a beautiful home and the maid at checkout was in a real rush to get in there on the extremely rude side! Other than that a beautifully well maintained Home and property Manager on call was very prompt and helpful! A very relaxing visit!

Great place to stay

This house was perfect. It had great amenities. And wonderful location. You need to checkout the bars and restaurants along Ter 47 walking distance from this house. The owner host and service department was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Very comfortable and cozy. Well stocked

Close to alot of thinks and towns. We had no problems finding it. Played for heated pool and that could have been warmer so we could have used it even in the colder days but over all a great little place to vacation. And very clean.
