NYE get away

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect. Located next to a decent amount of Things to do. We met with our friends who were visiting from Switzerland, they had a wonderful experience. The house was cozy with all the right amenities. We would love to stay again in the future.

Thanksgiving Family Trip

We drove from Michigan to Florida over Thanksgiving to visit our family in Cape Coral. The house was very clean and offered a beautiful outdoor space. There was plenty of room as the home has two dining and living rooms as well as a large kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The only small issue we had was that the home had a slight smell of cigarette smoke (assuming the home was smoked in years ago). It was a wonderful trip overall and we enjoyed our time in Cape Coral.

Weekend getaway!

Stay was awesome and the house was amazing! Felt like home away from home! Vern and his wife were very accommodating, even had baked cookies waiting for us! This is by far the best rental and the pool was amazing also! Can’t wait to book it again! 11 out of 10

Enjoyed our Stay

First, let me start by expressing my gratitude to Vern. He is truly a top-notch host. I had one request and one minor issue during my stay and he was on top of both of them. He’s hands down the best host I’ve had through several VRBO stays. The only slight negative was the comfort of the bed and pillows for the main bedroom. It wasn’t bad, but it was only average while the rest of the home exceeded my expectations. Thanks again, Vern. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sept 20-24

My daughter, my mother, and myself came to the area from Indiana for a wedding. The house was stunning, and well maintained, and the neighborhood was nice, calm, and quiet. The owners were so very kind and friendly, and they gave attention to such small details that we didn’t need to get anything extra during our trip. The arrival note and gift were very sweet, too. We didn’t get to playing the provided board games or riding the bikes around the neighborhood, but we took full advantage or the pool. This was my first experience not using a hotel on a trip, and it couldn’t have been better. If I ever come back to Cape Coral, I will absolutely try to book this house again!
