Too much wrong to go into detail, but first off, “surrounded by lush tropical gardens” couldn’t have been further from the truth! Living room & family rooms were ok, but most of the furniture was very dated! Kitchen was awful…cabinets falling apart, two held together with a hair band, partly rusted “white refrigerator”! Awful pots & pans, cracked trash can, no vacuum cleaner (all 3 of these were replaced by property manager! Also, we did complain about fridge and property manager said owner agreed to replace, but when new one was brought to house, they could not install. MBR and master bath were ok at best! Second and third BRs and second bath were the nicest parts of the house! One of the worst things was in looking for cleaning supplies in laundry rm, we came upon a bottle of “bed bug killer”. Not something you want to see when renting! Several other issues, but these are the main ones!We were so turned off of this property that we left a week early!

Great House

We loved the layout of the house. Great pool area. Nice batyhrooms with toiletries provided. We enjoyed using the dock at the canal to watch dolphins and manatee swim by. The only thing lacking were board games (mentioned in the listing but we never found them) and baking sheets for the oven. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants and coffee shop.

Our holiday stay

The house is large and comfortable, in a nice neighborhood and convenient to all. I was disappointed that the house was obviously not inspected prior to our arrival. I had to arrange for a number of items to be fixed. Plus the dirty pool deck never got cleaned.

Husband and wife wintering

Nice home in quiet neighborhood ,on a canal all the necessities included . Large Publix close by . Cape Coral Marina three blocks away . Many dining establishment close by . We were there for 4 weeks in Jan / Feb the large beautiful pool was too cold to swim in but did have a heater hooked up the last 4 days that was wonderful . Had two nights that temps outside dipped into upper 30s ( unusual for Florida ) house has a furnace but didn’t work. Air conditioning is great cools down quickly . House could use more towels , has a great laundry room and we used it daily . Large very nice garage but no remote door opener which is cumbersome when returning at night and no lights on outside . Overall We would rent again if timing was right

Perfect home away from home!

A huge personal thank you to the owners of this property. You could tell that they put a lot of thought into the amenities of this property and our family had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Cape Coral! We are so grateful that you allowed us to share in the joy of this home. My spouse, or the teens and myself truly appreciated everything about this property. On our last day my spouse looked at me and said, “I’m really going to miss this place.” Truth be told, I miss it already. God bless and thank you!

Family vacation

Clean, neat, cozy house. Great location and neighborhood. Wether we were relaxing by the pool or taking a short ride to Sanibel or Fort Meyers beach, we had a wonderful time.

Overall it was nice

The location was great and the neighborhood was nice. Everything was clean. We had a few issues though, I walked around the house on arrival and there were at least 5 bags of smelly trash sitting against the air unit, which my husband put in cans and rolled to the curb, which were later filled with maggots that I washed out. They offered to have someone come deal with it, but it was kind of pointless at that point. Right before we arrive I was notified that the oven didn’t work and one was being delivered on Wednesday, the day I left, which was a bummer bc I rented a house instead of a hotel so I could have a kitchen. Since the oven didn’t work, we were going to use the grill, which said it had half full propane, but wouldn’t get hot enough to cook anything. I was also emailed and told I could not have a late check out, I needed to be out at 10am, but then as I was leaving the oven arrived, so I had to wait for it be installed. Overall the house was nice, just these inconveniences were pretty annoying for a three night stay.

Great Place

This home was VERY clean, and perfect for our family. The fully stocked kitchen was so nice, making it wonderful to cook dinners. The pool and “window counter” poolside were such great features and the kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Family trip for husbands 50th birthday.

House was great, just as pictured and described. Lots of communication from Turnkey management. Would rent this property again next time we go back for a visit. My only frustration was one of the neighbors called the cops on us. We were by the pool, grilling burgers. There was 10 of us at that time. All adults, just hanging out. Even the police officer said he stood outside for 5 minutes and couldn’t hear us. So ridiculous.

Spring break vacation

We very much enjoyed our spring break vacation in this home. The house easily accommodated our family of 6- 2 kids and 4 adults. Upon arriving we were not able to secure an early check in which was unfortunate but understood. The house was very clean and absolutely resembled the pictures on this site. 4 min drive to Publix is super convenient with the many trips we took. Cape Harbour was a wonderful location for outdoor dining and shopping- fathoms restaurant and rum runners had great food. We did venture out to yacht club public beach and although on a river the water was clean/clear and the kids collected lots of shells. This was about an 8 min drive from the home. A few things we would’ve liked to know in advance that might help others- there’s a keurig & a coffee pot. The property manager sets you up with 4 boxes of detergent, small bottle of dish soap, 4 boxes of dishwasher detergent, and there were two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a starter kit for toiletries. I know a previous review mentioned there wasn’t a place for toiletries in the shower but both showers have a rack now. We did have to contact the property manager due to the right side of the grill not lighting, the light being out in the pool, and one of the bathroom shower heads being broken. We were more than pleased with the promptness to supporting us. The home care specialist- Hunter was very easy to communicate with and work with. All items listed above were addressed as soon as they could be including contacting the pool company to replace the pool light. My kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and even were able to get an up close encounter with a dolphin! This house is in a really nice area and was a great spot to relax and enjoy family time. Thank you!

Lovely home with all the conveniences

My husband and I plus 2 teenage girls stayed here for 5 nights during spring break. The home was very clean and included everything you would need for an extended stay. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes, dish soap and laundry soap, even pool toys and beach necessities. All of which came in very handy. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was the perfect setup to have adults on one side of the home and the teenagers on the other. The pool was nice and clean. We hung out on the lanai most of the time. My husband even caught a nice sized fish off the dock! The neighborhood is gorgeous too. We walked down to Rum Runners at Cape Harbour one afternoon for happy hour. The fusion sushi place and Overtime Pizzeria in the nearby strip mall were our other favorite restaurants in the area. All around just a great place to stay! We had an amazing time and felt right at home.

Beautiful location

This home is in a beautiful location in Cape Coral. Established and quiet neighborhood with huge Royal Palms along the street. Couldn’t check in til EXACTLY 4:00 p.m., we were there about 5 minutes early and they wouldn’t let us in. We had a couple small problems that were fixed within 24 hours and another one that didn’t really affect us and they said they were working on. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, dishes, glasses. Not a big home but plenty of room, lovely lanai and pool area and large deck right on canal. We would definitely stay there next year but it is already booked. 🙁

location location location

This was a great 3bdrm house right on the water. Great patio furniture. Master Bed was comfy. Unfortunate the pool was too cold to swim in. Solar cover might help. My only other suggestion is to include a shelf in the master shower for shampoo and soap. Loved it was walking to Marina.

Pleasant stay

My family really enjoyed the location and especially the pool. We spent a lot of time by the pool and lounging by the canal. The listing is very accurate and so handy to have a nice washer and dryer. We would love to stay there again.
