The home was great! Cozy, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Pool was a big plus and the kids loved it! They also really enjoyed having the electronic bikes and scooter to use. And of course, being able to use the kayaks and fishing poles added to the fun. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

This has been the most complete vacation home we have ever been to. There was literally everything we needed including games, which owners sometimes give games but not like this one. We had a great time, the pool was great and nothing to complain about, that I can guarantee. Very clean and nice

Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Reinigungs- und Spülmittel oder Müllsäcken war vorhanden (vielleicht auch vom Vorgänger?) Walmart oder Publix (Supermarkt) in 5-10min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alle elektrischen Geräten funktionieren einwandfrei. Alle Betten der unterschiedlichen Zimmer waren bequem und stilvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Handtücher und sogar Strandbadetücher wurden gestellt. WLAN in allen Räumen sowie Pool sehr guter Empfang und guter Geschwindigkeit. E-Bikes und Roller liessen sich gut fahren. Strandausstattung mit Schirm, Stühlen und Bollerwagen waren perfekt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Kayaks wurden nicht genutzt.Eine persönliche Einweisung in das ein oder andere elektronische Gerät wäre super gewesen, da dies das Gefühl vermieden hätte, etwas falsch zu machen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen!!!

The house was clean and very accommodating for our plans that week. The kitchen had basically everything one would need for cooking. The pool was cool and refreshing all the time and the ambiance outside at night was very soothing after a long day in the sun. The electric bikes were used by my older kids and they had a great time! The beds were comfy and the host Joanna was easy to reach if needed. My dog Axl had a wonderful time and it was an all around relaxing and enjoyable time.

Beautiful home

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the ebikes were fun to ride around the neighborhood and the pool was the cherry on top! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Lovely and Relaxing!

My family and I stayed for a week this June. The home is wonderful and the description doesn’t do it justice. The pool and the outdoor area were amazing! The home is decorated beautifully and has everything you need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There was a welcoming gift of snacks and wine- so thoughtful! A book with information about the house as well as suggestions on where to eat and visit. Only suggestion I have is adding more bath towels. There were plenty of beach towels and everything you would need for the beach. Lovely home, I highly recommend!!

Amazing Stay in Cape Coral

Our family had a fantastic time! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. The pool and canal views were incredible, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and beach. The host was responsive and made our stay seamless. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus zum fairen Preis

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Check In war durch die Code Box unkompliziert. Die Lage ist gut, der nächste Walmart ist schnell auch ohne Auto zu erreichen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Fahrräder und der E Scooter. Es ist sehr schön, jeden Morgen eine Runde damit zu fahren. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben war die Sauberkeit. Hier hätte die Reinigungsfirma viel gründlicher sein müssen. Dies ist jedoch nicht schuld der Gastgeber, da diese selber nicht vor Ort waren. Die Gastgeber waren jedoch wirklich extrem freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit. Direkt am nächsten Tag wurde uns für ein schmutziges Laken ein Ersatz gebracht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

Great place to stay

Joanna, Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful well maintained house. My family and I really enjoyed it. Everything thing was ready for us when we arrived. The chocolates and mimosa was an Extra special touch. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We were greeted by Dan the neighbor when we arrived. The beach stuff was a great plus since we flew in. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use it much since it rained pretty much the entire time. That is where the pool came in handy. The fishing poles were great too. My husband and son did some fishing in the canal between the rain. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Amazing

Wow! We were so impressed with this vacation home. It was well kept and very clean. Our group had 6 people and 1 large dog. There was plenty if room for all if us. We loved the lay out of the home and how the pool area had dog-door to the yard. We were able to enjoy the kayaks as well. So greatful for the washer and dryer. I highly recomend this home to anyone looking. If we ever come back I would hope we can stay here again.
