Our stay was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. There was no grill and no TVs in the bedrooms, despite these being listed amenities. Guests were also not allowed to use the pool, hot tub, or fire pit after 8 PM, which I didn’t see in the listing. I had my grandchildren that wanted to night swim & couldnt. Who is going to have a fire in Florida before 8pm? It is in a elderly hoa community.Several maintenance issues made the stay uncomfortable: closet doors were nearly falling off, the master bathroom shower drain didn’t work, and the hot tub had broken parts floating in it. The garage door looked like someone hit with a car or tried to break in.The secondary bathroom was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned.The listing also claimed a water view, which simply was not true.To make matters worse, there were outside cameras with a green light on that made us feel like we were being monitored, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy.Overall, the property was misrepresented and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.
