Had an excellent stay. The house was beautiful and the pool was heated and clean. It was a girl’s trip and we spent many of nights sitting around the table talking in the lanai. The host had thought of everything you might need during your stay. Hosts responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely rebook again. Thank you Paul and Sandra.

Both Hosts were wonderful! Very welcoming and accommodating. Answered all of our questions promptly. The place was beautiful and well taken care of. It was also located in the center of everything we wanted to do and see. We would definitely rent with them again!

The house was clean very well stocked with everything you could need . The beds were comfortable , The kitchen was well stocked paper towels cleaning supplies aluminum foil plastic wrap lots of things that you must sometimes buy or bring your own were already there. There was even ketchup mustard and a couple of beers in the fridge! The grill on the lanai worked out great we used it most days. Pool was clean and clear owner stopped and allowed me to increase the pool temperature for my handicapped daughter as she doesn't tolerate anything less than very warm water. I,m sure it cost him a increased electric bill but he didn't seem to mind. Paul and Sue the owners responded to any message within minutes usually by calling me right back. I couldn't find a grill brush and they brought one to the house an hour later! They seemed to genuinely want our stay to be enjoyable. They offered suggestions for where to go fro the live music etc.The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai even on days it was too cool to use the pool(most days as we were there in January) Highly recommended

The house was very clean and ready for turnkey stay. All we needed was our personal items. The kitchen was well stocked.We were staying over Christmas, Susan went so far as to set a tree and other decorations. We highly recommend them as hosts.

Perfect Home

Our family stayed at this home for a week long family vacation. Everything was flawless. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so close to all attractions. It was VERY spacious and had a great theme throughout. Inside, the Starks have literally thought of everything so you can just enjoy your time away. The kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you need, toys and floats for the pool were available, the garage had everything you need for a day at the beach, the list goes on. Check in and communicate was easy and perfect. The Starks were very responsive to text communication. Overall, a 10/10.

Paul is a very accommodating host. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Their home is better than the pictures. We enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach.

Great family vacation - the house was clean, beds were comfortable, beautiful kitchen, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Location was good - just a short drive to Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island.

Great 2 weeks!

We had a great time at this property. Quiet neighborhood- close to downtown Cape Coral. Property has everything you need for a great time. Pool was warm and sunny! Manager was easy to deal with and responsive to any questions. Would stay again.

Happiest Holiday!

Beautiful holiday house. My adult children and grandchildren were here for two weeks over Christmas and New Year’s. The house is great. The pool is warm. The neighborhood is quiet. We would stay here again and again.

100 Year Birthday

My married children and their kids traveled from Iowa and Orlando to be here for my dad's 100th birthday. The entire house was comfortable, clean, user (children) friendly. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the opportunity to be in such a nice space together. The owners were very friendly and accommodating with any questions we had. We will definitely book there again.

The Best Place we have ever stayed

This place was amazing!!! We as a family have stayed all over the country and this by far was the best place. All 6 of us enjoyed the pool and what the house had to offer. Very close to everything we wanted to do and we were able to just relax. Paul was great - had a few questions and he was quick to respond. Book this place if you really want to relax.

Family Perfect

My husband and 11yr old son loved our stay while attending a baseball tournament. The property was well appointed and very clean. My husband and son spent hours in the pool after a long day of baseball. The property also has many tv options so you don’t have to use your personal logins, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice place to stay

Very clean and organized home. Had everything we needed. Only mishap was all the bugs in the pool and a skimmer without a pole. Couldn’t reach to clean the pool right. This was raised with the property owner but was brushed off as a normal thing. Wish a pole was provided with the skimmer in order to clean the pool properly and to be able to enjoy the pool. The front door lock stopped working and the owner was quick to replace it. Overall our stay was pleasant minus the pool.
