This was our home away from home. After a busy day. We could come “home” and relax here. It is a very cute place. The host was very helpful and everything was clean! Just beware if you care about noise. You ARE on a major road. It did not bother us at all. But I am sure some people would care about that.

Saw dolphins

Condo was decent and had what we needed. Loved viewing dolphins in the canal. Key pad didn't work and luckily someone else renting knew where to get a key. No dish soap and no toilet paper upon arrival. Host did get toilet paper asap. Pool is not heated and not all the chairs are public residents that live there full time own some of them Beds were comfy! Nice TV and appliances. Quick walk to Publix which is always a plus. .

Great condo

Great place to stay. Hosts were in good communication. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The balcony was nice. Didn't get to use pool since it's not heated (there in January). It is a bit noisy, being on a busy road, but they provide a noise machine in each bedroom to use.

It’s Fine.

The place was fine. We had a few bumps along the way - difficulty with the key pad and then accessing the physical key, expected supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher soap) not left out, a broken lamp, a broken dryer, losing the internet for an afternoon. The hosts responded to all messages very quickly and was able to assist with most of them (the dryer couldn’t be helped).The screened in porch over looking the river was nice, but no manatee, dolphin, or turtle sightings (there was a resident lizard by the pool). The location was good in that it was close to downtown and a grocery store but traffic was very loud (sound machines were provided). The bed in the master bedroom was comfy but the one in the other bedroom was not as much (you could feel the frame bars under the mattress. We found a mattress topper in the closet that helped). The furniture in the living room is in need of replacement. Not high quality, stained and worn. The kitchen could also use some love. It was pretty sparse and could use some more coffee mugs, forks & spoons.Each room had a tv and a ceiling fan which were appreciated. It was great having two bathrooms - one with a tub. The pool was on the smaller side but looked nice (a cold spell meant we didn’t partake) and there was an outside float with floaties & other pool items. An outside grill was provided in the pool area.

cape coral experience

My sister and I stayed for a few days at this location. It had very cute decor, nice lanai with screen, TV, washer/dryer, overlooking the canal. Pool was nice; however, is not lighted at night inside pool (there are hanging lights outside). We did have some difficulty accessing the location. The key pad was broke . we waited about 15 minutes to gain access but owner did message us with an alternative access method at that point. The one suggestion I would have is more utensils, cooking bowls in the location. Also the wine opener is very old style and difficult to use. There were tiny sugar ants (i believe) on the counters . They were not much of a bother and very very tiny but do not leave food out. I did not minus points for that since it is Florida and I know this type of thing is not uncommon. But do not leave food out. 2nd bed is ok in comfort. Facility is clean and having two showers/bathrooms was huge bonus. Having directions about disposing of garbage and having an extra garbage bag would have been a plus. There was no pepper but definitely salt and garlic salt you could use. Overall, was great location and stay. Traffic noise is heard but it is a busy area and did not disrupt us. We were mostly on the go anyways. Thank you for the opportunity! We had a wonderful time

We really enjoyed this spot as a family. We had the option to go to beaches that were nearby or go to the pool. It was nice to have goggles and towels on site so we didn’t have to purchase them. We were close to several very good restaurants. Overall very pleased we picked this spot!!! The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive with all my questions which is always nice!!

Great little place.

My family and I had a great time at The Pineapple Place. Space was nice and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and we were close to everything we wanted to do in Fort Myers. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation condo!!!

We loved our stay at the Pineapple Place. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beach was only 2 miles away. The owners were so nice and accommodating and kept us informed before and during our vacay. Would stay again at this location anytime I came to Cape Corral!

Awesome private getaway!

Newly renovated cute and cozy place to stay. Beautiful view of canal and watching boats cruise by while sitting at the pool. Easy and convenient access to the private pool. Great private parking to your VRBO. There were plenty of towels, appliances, and pool accessories available. Also, books available to read along with a puzzle and games. Easy booking, check in and check out. Lauren and Ryan are super great hosts and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. Definitely would stay there again!
