Retunda is a modern rental home situated in SE Cape Coral with Gulf Access. It is a quick drive to the Caloosahatchee River, twenty minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed vacation home. This rental features 3 bedrooms each with its own En-Suite bathroom.
Retunda can comfortably accommodate six guests with ample room to entertain. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious modern design with a split floor plan. Upon entering the home you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai as well as amazing views of the large canal basin. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room, as well as many large windows facing the pool area for fantastic views and great entertainment. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, and a washer and dryer.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, and relaxing in the hot tub. There is a dock for canal fishing as well as a sitting area down by the water.
Rotunda truly has it all and is just a thirty-minute drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.
