The home is in a beautiful setting with lots of open space and gathering space for our family of 10, and overall, we had a wonderful time, and the host was very responsive when I asked questions. However, there were a few issues. For instance, the pictures in the listing show a firepit, but there was no firepit, which was a big selling point for us booking in January. There were also no instructions on how to use anything, such as the hot tub. The host responded with some basic directions, but we were surprised there were not some general guidelines/rules/instructions available in the home. Also - most of the remotes for the lights and fans were not working, and the ice maker was broken. It is also not clear on the listing, but four of the bedrooms are in the main house with two full bathrooms - so those four rooms have to share the two bathrooms. There is one separate bedroom and bathroom off the pool that is the only one with the most privacy. There are a number of fabulous features of this home - the pool, the dock, the open spaces, but we did have a few problems that could easily be avoided for future guests.
