The pool was amazing. The kids enjoyed themselves tremendously. The house is well stocked, and the owners couldn’t be nicer. We would absolutely stay again. The dock is amazing and my daughter loved tanning there and my son loved jumping off. Thanks again.

House is in a great location for shopping, running errands, and making day trips to surrounding areas. During our month-long stay, we enjoyed the nice heated pool with desirable southern exposure, and pretty canal view. Spacious primary bedroom suite. Excellent TV service-after Xfinity replaced every piece of hardware. A few things that could improve the experience- more comfortable seating in the family room and microwavable/dishwasher safe dinnerware. To potential renters- be advised that the house is for sale and there are frequent requests for showings which could be a disruption. Discuss with the owners.

Beautiful view and Amenities!

Lanai view was amazing !! We did not have any worries about the accommodations! More than enough space for our big family! The pool, bikes and kayaks kept us busy.

Great location, home and views

We had a great stay at this home! The kids spent most of their time in the huge pool, on the dock with the beautiful views and playing in the yard in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of kitchen appliances available. Easy and great communication with the host. Would recommend this home!

Family Vacation

Loved hanging out on the dock and fishing. The dock had some boards that were in bad shape, but it is a nice big area, with wonderful view. The house was a little dated inside but we were mainly outside on the lanai which was great. The house is in a great location, close to Cape Harbor which was a great place to hang out and close to Tarpon Pointe which was also a fun area.

Southern exposure

The house had plenty of kitchen condiments and kitchenware. I made recommendations of a few things that could be fixed. Hopefully they will get that taken care of. The pier had a few boards that need replacing. Overall a nice stay.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed the deck by canal at night to watch the sunset. Everyone enjoyed the pool especially the grandchildren. Plenty of furniture to sit outside. Its a nice neighborhood to go walking. We saw burrowing owls on our walk.

Great Vacation Home

This home has everything needed to enjoy a vacation without bringing alot from home. Kitchen has everything needed to cook, dine, etc . House is lovely with great living areas. Beautiful view from patio/pool to canal beyond - very serene. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors for everyone to spread out. Home is in nice quiet neighborhood where taking walks are pleasant. Close to many good restaurants and things to do. The owners are terrific and communicate very well and seek input on what they can do to make the guests' stay more pleasant.

Beautiful Family Home!

Our family of 7 plus my mom and dad just got back from staying in this home. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of it and will consider renting it again! Marla and Patrick are the best! Great communication from the moment we booked until we left. So easy to communicate with them. I think the only negative thing, if it is considered negative, that other renters leave their items in the fridge and cabinets, instead of tossing it or taking it with them. While it's tough to consider it a negative, it kinda took up some needed space that we needed for our groceries we just bought. I don't really want to use somebody's leftover food condiments only because I know how my family can be with those things! It's a nice touch tho to have extras for us to use! The garage fridge stays at 55 degrees making it a little bit of a challenge to keep drinks ice cold like we prefer but we managed and just kept refilling the kitchen fridge. Aside from those, we really enjoyed our time! The neighbors, the pool guy "hillbilly Mike" and the lawn folks were so friendly! I know I'm forgetting something, but we had a great time!!! Thanks so much Marla and Patrick for being so good to us!

Wonderful Weekend !

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! This home came stocked with everything we could have asked for and more! Home was spotless. Beds were comfortable. They even had box fans for us that need the noise at night (they also had ceiling fans!). Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for the kiddos. Lots of room for my group of 6 to spread out and be comfortable. Loved that they allow us to leave non perishables for the next family, as not to waste stuff! Came stocked with spices, oil, canned goods, and a fridge in the garage with canned pop. Obviously those items change based on the families that stay and use them and/or leave them… but it was very nice! Very thankful for this home for our week. Location was great! Thank you!

RELAX and ENJOY IT!!!

Everything here was just as expected. Sleeping for 10 was a total success. The pool was a big hit with plenty of pool toys to keep everyone diving and laughing. There was fishing off the dock, grocery nearby, bike rides in quiet neighborhoods, ping pong challenges, cribbage card tourneys,beautiful breezes all day long on the lanai, and the canals on kayaks were fun to explore. We had a great time being together as a family. everything was easy to get to, even Fort Myers Beach was a successful day trip. Andre and Chris were very accommodating with any of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for nicer hosts and the housekeeping was very helpful on the first day. Besides groceries, there wasn’t anything else we needed. One tip- don’t buy lures or any fancy bait. The fish liked white bread, but be patient.

Perfectly Relaxing Vacation

We had a great time staying here! Afternoons relaxing by the pool were wonderful! Everything was clean and tidy and ready for our stay. Our toddler loved the 'flying fish' you could see off the dock every evening. The owners were fast to respond when we needed anything. They have everything you would need for beach trips, pool toys, towels, etc. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
