The property management group was great and Monica was great! But the owner was not interested in customer service. When I arrived on Monday, the temperature on the main floor was set at 73. I immediately asked for it to be turned to 70 (It is locked so renter can't adjust). The 5 sleeping upstairs struggled in the heat - upstairs primary bedroom's ceiling fan did not work until the last day - thank goodness property manager had a portable air-conditioning unit brought in day 3. The owner refused to turn the air to 70 - and finally on day 3 lowered it to "71" (and warm air rises so upstairs was still warm). The shower in the primary bathroom never worked and I took a cold shower 6 days. (They said let it run for a bit and it will warm - I ran it for 10 minutes 23 seconds and it was still cold. (Supposedly a repair man came and said it was working - but when I tried it out, it was still cold.) The hot tub never got above 88 (I never complained about it - because nothing else was fixed.)
The house was beautiful - and I want to be happy - and it would not have taken much - if owner had just addressed some of the concerns with the customer in mind.
