We had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, easy river access, close to good restaurants and short drive over bridge to Ft Myers. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

Family trip

The house was immaculate and roomy for our family of 8. Everyone had a comfy bed, plenty of space! We rented a boat and the dock was perfect for our daily trip. We will be back!

Gulf access getaway.

Great location for traveling with your boat. Public ramp is a short ride away. Quick access to Sanibel, captiva and Ft Myers Beach. House is also very comfortable and spacious for big families

Wonderful Spring Break

This was a last minute trip with another family. The house was fantastic. Everything has been updated and just as advertised. We didn't have any problem with anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic vacation with minor hiccup

Stayed here as a group of 9 with two children and everyone had a blast. The pool was great and the house was clean and had enough space for everyone. Only hiccup was the code pad on the front door didn’t work most of our stay, but that may have been user error.

Beautiful stay! Highly recommend

We had a great stay! There was plenty of room for my whole family. My two toddlers were able to sleep in the same room and had their own separate beds while my teen had her own space, and more. It was clean, had brand new appliances to eat off and cook with, tv’s in every area, washer and dryer…everything you can possible need. I highly recommend staying here.

New Years family vacation

Great location for our family vacation. The short drive to restaurants and shopping was very convenient. Beaches are about a 30 min drive depending on traffic. The home was very accommodating and clean. We loved the big patio area by the pool and channel view. The pool heater was broke so the pool water was freezing so we didn’t get to utilize that, very disappointed since we looked forward to pool days. Overall a nice home to stay at!

Wonderful Stay in Sunny Florida!

We had the most beautiful weather! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Our stay was perfect. There was plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, glasses, bowls etc. We had a little issue with he air conditioning and they fixed it immediately! The pool was beautiful the canal ws stunning! The beds were SO comfy!! I can't say enough about this wonderful location!!!! Thank you for having us!!!!

Great Time had by all!!

I can't tell you how great it was to arrive to a house that actually looks like the pictures. The house is very clean and neat. The outside was just a neat and clean. We had a great time by the pool and watching neighbors go out on their boats. The house had everything we needed and more. Very close to CVS/Walgreens and dinning. The open concept/seating worked out great for the 6 of us (adults). The Hosts/Management was very responsive with any questions we had. I would rent this house again.

Spotless and Space for Everyone

They thought of everything! This house had the perfect layout with plenty of space for everyone and everything. The kitchen and bathrooms were outfitted with all the amenities that make daily routines convenient. The bedrooms were roomy and offered room darkening window treatments. A beautiful pool, fire pit and deck in the backyard makes this a great spot to relax. This spotless, newly renovated house exceeded all our expectations.

The GoodWeather, location, walkability, fully stocked kitchenThe BadUpon arriving for 25-day stay, several advertised items were unavailable or broken to include no outdoor firepit, umbrella over outdoor table, broken lounge chairs, unusable gas grill. After many communications (often heated) with the management company (SWFL Vacations), these items were replaced. The pool – my husband and maintenance company on day 5 spent time fixing, unclogging the lines of the pool. Solar cover unusable, skimmer basket missing. Pool company eventually came and provided the requested chlorine and cleaned the pool. Eight fabric kitchen stools (too high for the counter) were disgustingly dirty. Requested replacement or professionally clean, which was denied. We purchased cleaning products and scrubbed 5 of the stools and put 3 in the garage. All bathroom drains were slow draining. My husband found a tool and unclogged all showers and bath sinks. The removal was disgusting.Management company did provide drain-o, windex and kitchen cleaner. We washed the sliding doors and front door as glass was so dirty. Living room furniture dirty and very uncomfortable.

Awesome House!

Well to start, the house is recently remodeled and it looks like everything was redone including quartz countertops in Kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful. Very comfortable and loved the Boathouse theme and nautical touches. Kitchen well stocked for everything we needed. Neighborhood is is great as the house is in Yacht Club area by the famous Boathouse restaurant. We were there a couple times. Really close to everything in Cape Coral. Loved the outside pool/living area as well with no pool screen which we really enjoyed. Heating pool was nice option. We spent many nights at the fire pit with the Adirondack chairs. We will definitely be back!
