Stunning!

Stunning and immaculately clean villa! Andrea was an incredible host, even when we had to call her at a silly hour. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent location for dining and driving, slightly too far up to have a boat for us with young children but that is just personal preference and nothing against this amazing villa.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family and the kids loved the pool! We appreciated the little "extra's" it had with games, plenty of pool towels, pool floats, etc. Walking distance to stores and restaurants was a plus too.

Cape Coral Gem

I can’t say enough great things about this property and owner. When we arrived the pool was a little cloudy due to rain. I contacted the owner and she immediately responded. The pool was clear the next day! This property is located in a great and quiet neighborhood. It is close to many beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need. It was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable with soft bedding. Andrea, my kids loved the house and pool so much that they asked if they could live there. 😁 We highly recommend this house and will definitely be back. Andrea, thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We had a wonderful vacation.

Great rental for a family!

This home had everything our family needed from pool floats, sand toys, beach chairs, small appliances, swim towels, extra garage refrigerator and more. The house was childproof, the pool was warm, and it was a great location. Thank you for the great vacation experience! We look forward to coming back!!

The home is beautiful! It is tastefully decorated and immaculate. The neighborhood is very quiet. The pool is heated and the whole outdoor area is very comfortable. The mattresses are excellent and the bedding is good quality. The house was well stocked with towels, beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen has good quality dishes and cookware. Overall it was a great stay.

Great place, good value and very convenient location!

We have stayed in this area before but enjoyed this location even better. Very convenient to the bridge to crossover to Ft. Meyers and close to shopping, restaurants and other activities. House was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. We appreciated the many pool and beach towels as well! We travelled with 6 of our children who loved the pool! I appreciated the open floor plan and loved the outdoor family room area that opens right up to the main house.

Love the outside area

We absolutely loved the outside area and the home’s location. It was in walking distance to downtown and restaurants and bars. Andrea and Charlie were great to work with and answered any questions we had. The home was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Nice large home with pool a few feet from your bedroom.

This house was not so high end that you were afraid to touch anything as in other homes we have rented. Each of us had our own bedroom. Kitchen is very well stocked. We wished that each bedroom had something to put our luggage on rather than the floor. We all agreed that we would stay there again

Girls Trip

I will definitely stay at this property again. Very clean and close to lots of stuff. We spent most of our time either in the pool or hanging out on the lanai. Nice quiet neighborhood. You felt safe walking anywhere.

Getaway with friends

The house is beautiful. The decor is simple but very classy. We all agreed the beds were super comfortable! We would love to know where to buy one. Lot's of pillows and closet space with lots of hangers. Lot's of little extras. They even had can koozies. The pool was always the perfect temperature and the patio furniture was super comfy too. There were noodles and a couple pool floaties for us to use. We spent a lot of time hanging around the pool. We found a free Golf cart taxi - KART SWFL - Look him up. We tipped him well and he was at our service. We would definitely book this house again.
