A new washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

    Outdoor living is exceptional: the heated pool is enclosed by a large lanai with an al fresco dining area and a gas fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating. A removable pool fence is available for families with young children. The property also features a cement dock with lounge chairs for sunning, plus fishing poles and tackle stored in the garage for spontaneous fishing outings. For beach days and cookouts, you'll find a new gas Weber grill, beach lounge chairs and coolers ready to go.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, the bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had plenty of room. The high ceilings made the house feel even bigger. The pool was great, and the sunsets were a nice bonus. We’d definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this property and once again it was excellent! The house is clean, organized and an amazing location. The pool and patio area are fantastic for a family, looking to play or relax. The location is fantastic with every amenity within 30 minutes. We plan to keep coming back as long as we can.

Beautiful clean relaxing home. Lanai and pool very relaxing and where we spent most of our time. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. Would recommend to other families looking for a relaxing getaway.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The house was conveniently located in town, was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly, accomodating and quick to reply to any questions we had. The new ktichen was beautiful, the bedrooms spacious and beds comfortable. The outside sitting area and pool were amazing! We loved the view of the canal behind us. Our family was sad to leave and would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

This is by far one of the cleanest rentals we have visited. It was spotless! Everything was wonderful and exactly as the pictures show. Quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and exterior living area, comfortable beds and nice/new towels and linens throughout. If visiting Cape Coral in the future, we will revisit!

Felt at home

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and it never disappoints. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable beds and sofa, great views and spacious. It’s like a home away from home. Great location will definitely be returning.

What a lovely property! Very clean and well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed of any place we have stayed. Lots of extras on the property for use like coolers for the beach, a few pool floats, garage door opener for easy access. The pool was a dream and where we spent most of our time relaxing. Very quiet neighborhood. Host and property manager were very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Peace and quiet getaway
