Paddle the canal with two kayaks, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and dine outdoors on the lanai. Close to beaches, shops, and dining—this waterfront getaway is perfect for families, couples, or friends!



The Space:

This beautiful one-level home offers an open, spacious layout perfect for gathering. Enjoy a formal dining area for family meals and a sunny breakfast nook for morning coffee. Step outside to the covered lanai with outdoor dining overlooking the pool and canal. A convenient full bathroom opens directly to the pool area, making it easy to rinse off after a swim or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The pool is only heated from November-April.



Guest Access:

Guests have easy, self-check-in access to the house with a secure keyless entry system, ensuring a smooth arrival at any time. Detailed instructions for check-in will be provided ahead of your stay, including the code for the front door. There's plenty of parking available directly in front of the home, making unloading your luggage hassle-free. The back patio/pool is fully fenced for privacy, offering a safe and welcoming space for you to enjoy during your stay.

Located in a quiet residential area of Cape Coral, this neighborhood offers a relaxed, family-friendly vibe with palm-lined streets and well-kept homes. Just a short drive from shopping, dining, and parks, it’s a peaceful retreat close to the city’s canals and the Caloosahatchee River. Ideal for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a true Southwest Florida atmosphere.



Getting Around:

Just minutes from Cape Coral's top spots! Drive 3–5 mins to local dining on Del Prado Blvd, or 7 mins to Four Mile Cove Preserve for kayaking and trails. Downtown Cape Coral shops & the Farmers Market are 10 mins away, and the Yacht Club beach is just 15 mins. Enjoy quick access to parks, shopping, and waterfront fun—all within a short drive!
