In order to maintain the property in optimal condition for our guests: pool cleaning service is scheduled every Saturday morning, grass cutting service comes every other week and pest control every 2-3 months.
Please note that a $200 deep cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations of 20 days or longer and will be charged prior to check-out.
