Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed with TV and slider access to the pool. En-suite bath with soaking tub, huge walk-in shower, and dual vanities.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with TV and slider access to the pool.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed with TV.
- Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combo with access to the pool deck.

The living room offers its own Smart TV, cable, and stereo while all bedrooms come equipped with cable and streaming Smart TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and drinkware, plus a toaster, blender, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the home. Family-friendly extras include a highchair and Pack N Play.

The heated pool and heated spa are the highlight of your stay! Lounge on spacious pool deck with sun loungers. Fire up the BBQ grill in the outdoor kitchen, with an outdoor dining table. Rates & Policies:
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- The garage is not available for guest parking.
- This property has exterior cameras facing the front entrance and side of the house only.
