Great location!

This was our first time staying at Southern Dreams, and we've already booked it for next year. We loved the SW location and the house underwent a complete inside remodel, which has beautiful coastal colors and furniture. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with an amazing canal view

We have a wonderful week long stay at the property. Full of all the amenities we needed including coolers, fishing gear and plenty of beach towels.

Cape Coral at its best

We recently stayed at the subject property for a week and couldn’t be happier. Great, quiet location; beautiful pool area overlooking canal. Very clean, recently remodeled property, easy check in/out process, quick responses from property manager. Five stars all around.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!

House was amazing & exceeded our expectations. It was stocked so perfectly with so many vacation needs... beach chairs, beach towels, fishing poles, cooler... etc. Super clean & layout of home is just beautiful!! My daughter ENJOYED dock fishing while we took in the sunset!! Love the area and management company was very accommodating. Overall 10!

Great home in a great area

This was our second year at Southern Dream and it was a wonderful experience. Andrea and Charlie are wonderful property managers and answer texts and emails in a fast timeframe. The pool on the canal provided us with watching lots of boat activity and lounging with family. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home and location

This is a beautiful property. Don’t hesitate to book this for your next trip. We had stayed here pre Ian and it was so nice but recently updated and it is absolutely beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend and look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful home

We very much enjoyed our vacation at this rental! It is a beautiful home and has a fantastic view of the canal. We spent most of our time in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Check in was easy. There is someone always available should you need something. The home is very clean with comfortable beds. Great kitchen. We grilled and used the pool daily. Our two kids (ages 5, 8) really enjoyed swimming every day. They have pool toys available for them. We rented a boat and used the dock. Highly recommend this home. Stellar Getaway

Southern Dreams villa exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in we all knew this was the perfect home for our family vacation. The house is beautifully appointed with high end details everywhere. Our special place was the large patio area surrounding the pool with a pretty dining area and 2 lounge areas. All with a view of the canal and Florida’s amazing sky. We visited 2 different Sanibel beaches that were perfect and an easy trip over. We would love to come back and stay again . Thank you Andrea 🌟

Don’t Splash Too Loud!

The house was lovely and the property manager answered our calls promptly. The pool area is the best part of the property - spacious and very nice and comfortable furniture. Our only issue was our kids & grandkids making noise in the pool - they were just having fun, but this is an extremely quiet neighborhood!

Spectacular 3 week vacation!

We vacationed 3 weeks at the Pelican. Our daughters (21, 24) loved the house (very relaxing) for grad school spring break. My husband and I rented a 26 ft boat to explore Sanibel, Captiva, and other islands. The canal from the house had easy access out to the river and to the gulf. So much to see and explore by boat, not to mention restaurants by boat. The fishing was terrific too. We caught several and brought them home to cook. The rooms were spread out nicely and comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature. We would stay here again without hesitation and will recommend to friends. The grocery store is 5 min away. Loved our time here… didn’t want to go home.

Very nice and clean.

Just as described or better!

Beautiful place, very clean and it had everything we needed. The maintenance company is on point! They were very responsive and helpful. The house is spacious, the neighborhood very quiet, and the view in the morning is amazing. I enjoyed doing the dishes while watching the boats pass by. Ft myers beach and sanibel are such a short drive away. We had always stayed at Fort myers beach condos but after this experience we prefer a house, the privacy you get and the space is worth the drive to the beach. We will definitely stay here again. Wonderfully Serene

After a stressful few years, my family needed this vacation more than anything. This property was PERFECT. The home is beautiful with everything you need within a short drive. The host is super responsive and understanding of all needs or issues should any arise.

Just Beautiful!

We absolutely loved our trip to Cape Coral and Southern Dream! The home and pool area were beautiful! Nice, quiet location. Close enough to all kinds of great activities, yet far enough away to feel so peaceful. The home was spotless and stocked with everything you could want for a relaxing beach vacation. We all wished we could stay longer but are so thankful for the memories made!
