“We loved the location. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and the beach and the bus tour. The place was perfect for our group and we were well taken care of.”

“There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host.”

“We had an extremely finde time in this wonderful house in Hout Bay, which is a good site to explore the area around Cape Town. We enjoyed the pool, the garden and the views at night over the countryside. And the owner was very helpful in making arrangements around our stay! Rudi and damily”

“We arrived to find the property completely vacant with no furniture. It had clearly not been used for a considerable length of time and was in a state of decay. We had to scramble to find alternative accommodation . I expect a complete refund. I have pictures of the empty cottage if needed.”

“Our stay was excellent. We had great communication with Sharon and the property manager. Everything was exactly as it was shown on the listing. We would absolutely stay again for any future stays!”

“Listing stated that the home is 8557 square feet. That is not true, Listing also stated that the home has 3 baths. That also is not true. The method of drying clothes is by using a clothes line behind the home which also gets sprayed by the lawn sprinklers multiple times a day. Home does not have Air Conditioning and was too hot to sleep with windows closed. Home also has a pool which attracts insects which left us and our friends covered in bug bites each morning.”

“The property Is in an excellent position and has a lot to offer BUT it needs a lot of TLC The patio door is unsafe as it frequently comes off its runners when opened which could prove a major problem .Also the upstairs bedroom windows were very difficult to open causing the bedroom to be like an oven at night time. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable holiday.”

“Die Unterkunft war super!! Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt, der warme Pool war toll und der Garten vor allem für die Kids genial!! Vielen Dank Adam für alles - wir kommen hoffentlich mal wieder :)”

“Wir waren zu sechst da und haben das Haus genossen. Mit 3 Doppelzimmern war genug Platz da, um sich zurück zu ziehen. Wir sind eher die Stubenhocker, weil wir durch Afrika touren, genießen wir es an dem Ort zu bleiben, wenn wir etwas mieten. Dafür war es super geeignet. Ein großer Stellplatz für unseren Truck, noch eine große Garage für die Fahrräder. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
