Amplia casa unifamiliar de nueva construcción con 4 habitaciones, 3 1/2 baños, envolvente alrededor del porche delantero, cubierta trasera con mosquitero, ducha exterior y camino de entrada. Esta casa tiene todo el encanto victoriano con las comodidades modernas.

Habitación en el primer piso con cama king y baño privado, tocador en el primer piso, amplia sala de estar y comedor, y lavandería en el primer piso. Segundo piso, dormitorio principal con cama king, baño privado y balcón con sillones. Dos dormitorios adicionales uno con dos camas matrimoniales y el otro tiene una reina. Smart TV en la sala de estar y las 4 habitaciones.

2nd year stay

All of our multigenerational family were happy in this house. It is very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and has superior appliances. Also, the location is great with an easy walk to restaurants, markets, the mall and the beach.

Family vaca

The house was beautiful and had many nice amenities. We loved the porches and back patio area. It was walking distance to the beach, but some of us drove each day due to the baby equipment. We usually were able to park near the beach with little difficulty finding a spot. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this house.

Family trip to Cape May

House was beautiful! Just like the pictures. Screened in porch was fabulous and the newly added fire pit to the patio was great! Convenient to nearby restaurants and easy walk to the Washington st Mall and beach. We were traveling with a Senior so first floor bedroom was a win. Would suggest adding a grab bar to the shower for added convenience. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely go back again!

Perfect stay in West Cape May

Dean & Anita's home is the perfect place for a trip with family or friends to Cape May. It is very spacious, modern, and comfortable. They really thought of every detail, from smart TV's in every bedroom, to the lovely screened porch, grill, outside shower, kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware, beach box access, etc. Street parking is easy and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Easy stroll into town or the beach, and a perfect base to explore Cape May Point and other places of interest by car. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time. Can’t say enough about the house. Everything is super clean and new. The beach box is a great. Not lugging everything to the beach on hot days like we had is a great perk. Loved every minute of our stay.

We had a great time at Dean and Anita's property. The house was spacious; plenty of room for the six of us (all adults). It was our first time in Cape May and enjoyed all the sight seeing. We hope to return next year.

Lovely, comfortable base for exploring Cape May

Lovely new house in West Cape May. The owners were very responsive, letting us know what to expect. We enjoyed biking to the beach, the lighthouse, and shopping. The locked box on the beach with beach chairs was a real convenience!

New house, nice clean and happy place, nice decoration, simple elegance. About 10 min walk from beach and from town center. Quiet street. Beautiful town and beach. Looks nicer than the pictures. No linens when we got there but the cleaning company brought them for a fee.

West Cape May Wonderful!

An exceptional home in a great location! The property is basically new construction with a fully open first floor plan. We had 4 adults and 2 dropped by for a few days. There was plenty of room to spread out to attend to computer-work or just to relax. The rear screened-in porch is perfect for breakfast and hanging out during rain storms! Easy walk to the southern most part of Cape May Beach...or drive for inexpensive parking. We found the property immaculately clean upon arrival (we are clean people and respect care of properties). The main stretch along Broadway is a fun walk to see the many restored historic homes....and there are plenty of restaurant choices! It is also a short walk to the center city shopping area. Dean and Anita were quickly reachable for the few questions we had. If you are unsure how close to the beach is close, this property is the right mix -- beach reachable and the neighborhood is very quiet at night to sleep. A wonderful home!

5 star Cape May experience. We are happy campers. Beach box is a big plus.

Attractive, well appointed and well maintained property with nice grounds. Just a few suggestions. Brighter bedside lamps. Upgrade kitchen utensils such as scissors, knives and spatulas, etc. for more serious cooks. safety grab bar in tubs would be helpful got older renters.

Beautiful & clean house, great owners 10/10

The house is clean and spacious. It’s a short bike ride / 15 minute walk to the beach. Beach locker with chairs / umbrellas was very convenient. Owners are great and responded to our inquiries quickly. WiFi worked well and allowed multiple people to work from home. Overall, we had a great experience!

Absolutely gorgeous property!

This property is absolutely stunning and was the perfect place for my girls weekend. Do not hesitate to book this location if you are thinking of staying. The location is perfect to beaches and the to shops in town. It’s also situated near the restaurants in west cape May. I will absolutely stay here again! The owners were a pleasure to deal with and made check in a smooth process! 5 stars isn’t generous enough!
