Situated on the banks of the Grand Canal in Century City; within walking distance to Canal Walk shopping centre, Century City Conference Centre, Hillsong Church and Virgin Active Gym.This spacious and modern one bedroom apartment; furnished in uncluttered minimalist style is the ideal abode for the business traveller and holiday couple alike.



The fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso machine, wash/dry combo and a built in oven and hob; flows into a large open plan dining and living area. Blouberg Beach with all its kite surfers, restaurants and bars is a mere fifteen minutes drive away. Being in the centre of all major attractions you can easily access the N1 highway to Grand West Casino or the Durbanville Winelands; a twenty minute drive in the opposite direction and you’ll enter the city centre.
