  • Welcome to your perfect base in Cape Town - a well-equipped, newly renovated three bedroom, two bathroom, fourth floor Beach Road apartment overlooking the famous Sea Point Swimming Pool and the Sea Point Promenade.

    This apartment has everything to ensure a comfortable stay including a modern new kitchen, stylish bathrooms, ample living space, fast fibre internet, TV's and off-street parking.

    This wonderful three bedroom apartment is perfect for families looking for a conveniently located lock-up and go with all the creature comforts you would expect from a hotel stay but with loads more space to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring Cape Town.

    The open-plan living area offers ample space to relax and enjoy the views as the sun sets over the Atlantic Ocean. Large windows slide open to cool the listing with fresh sea air on hot days. Two panel heaters serve to warm the space on colder days. Both lounges offer flatscreen TV's for Streaming and the dining area can seat 8.

    The open-plan kitchen features brand new Smeg appliances and has been equipped with all the essentials to cook up a storm (with a view of course).

    All the bedrooms feature ample cupboard space, American shutters, ceiling fans for hot nights/ panel heaters for cold nights and crisp hotel-quality 300 thread count linen. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, while bedroom 2 and 3 share the second bathroom (with shower only).

    Located on Beach Road, between St. Johns and Church, you will be right in the heart of Sea Point. Join locals for long walks on the Sea Point Promenade. Grab a bite to eat at any of the amazing local eateries nearby. Or jump in an Uber to get to the famous beaches of Clifton/ Camps Bay or the equally famous V&A Waterfront (in the other direction) in just a few minutes.

    This apartment is in a secure building and you will be required to submit guest information before arrival.

    Cleaning:
    For guest stays longer than 7 nights we offer ONE complimentary mid-stay/weekly clean which includes a general clean of the apartment as well as a change of linen and fresh towels. Note that this does NOT include personal laundry.

    LONG STAYS:
    For stays longer than 14 nights, guests should note that additional cleaning fees apply. Cleaning service fees and rental linen / laundry fees will be for the guests' account, charged at cost and recovered via Airbnb.

    Checkout:
    We will meet you at the listing for checkout unless arranged otherwise. There is no need to clean but please hang open towels and switch off appliances/ lights.

    Sea Point is perhaps one of Cape Town's best spots from which to explore the city. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre and packed with loads activities to get up to. From here you are a short 10 minute Uber or drive away from the CBD, V&A Waterfront, Clifton and Camps Bay blue flag beaches, tourist sights, loads of bars and restaurants, and so much more. Here the locals love their leisurely long walks on the promenade with an ice cream in hand.

    Arguably one of the most sought after residential areas in Cape Town, Sea Point boasts a promenade that stretches along the coast from Mouille Point to Bantry Bay. The promenade is one of the biggest attractions for this neighbourhood - especially for the more active folk. You’ll find that they love to break a sweat whilst enjoying a run on the promenade or pumping iron at the outdoor gym.

    - Car Hire: Even though you don’t necessarily need to rent a car in order to conveniently get around the city, there are loads of options available should you want to.

    - MyCiti: Cape Town has the MyCiti public bus system. The system connects most of Cape Town and is easy to use with numerous and clearly marked bus stops all over town, surrounding suburbs, and popular tourist destinations. The MyCiti bus system can connect you to most areas such as the CBD, Sea Point, Clifton, Camps Bay, Hout Bay, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town International Airport and even as far as Table View. Check their website for schedules and routes.

    Uber/ Taxify: Like most cosmopolitan city dwellers, Capetonians prefer app-based taxi services. Capetonians prefer Uber and Taxify. You can compare fares, availability and demand on their apps. We highly recommend using this app for all your taxi services whenever you have an internet connection.

    This apartment is in a secure building and you will be required to submit guest information before arrival.
    No suitcases are allowed in the new lift, during normal operating hours or during load shedding, only old lifts are to be used.
    The listing has a garage for guest use. Should you opt to rent an SUV or similar vehicle which requires additional height clearance, it will not fit. There is however ample parking available in a parking lot across the road.
