The property was listed incorrectly on the website as having pool access, which it did not. it was false advertising. the apartment was incredibly dirty when we arrived, and one of two bathrooms was not in working in order. There was large broken mirror in the hallway entry which I repeatedly requested be removed in the event that my children got injured. A clean was arranged 4 days post our arrival and apology for the false advertising and undertaking that they would remove the incorrect amenities. I was offered as compensation for the bathroom that had no water pressure and not hot water in kitchen or bathroom 2 nights re-fund. it is 2 months later and several emails alleging that they have refunded me. Proof of payment which they cannot provide me but refer me to a 3rd party intermediary platform that should have facilitated the refund. I would not book a property through this company, The properties are poorly managed and they do not honor their commmitments
