surrounding areas. Both bedrooms features a queen bed. The elegant
bathroom with a shower and toilet adds to the comfort of your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen, adorned with contemporary features,
includes appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, stove,
and kettle, allowing for a convenient self-catering experience. The
living space provides internet access and a TV for in-room
entertainment.

The apartment's urban feel is complemented by breathtaking views of the
city and mountain from the lounge, offering amazing sunrises and
sunsets of the Mother City. For a heightened experience, head to the

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 52 Strand St, Woodstock, Cape Town

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
