  • 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom beach house located 400 metres to Colonnades beach and 800 metres to Cape Woolamai shopping village. The main open living room comprises a kitchen, dining, TV, and couch, and another entertainment room with lounge, pool table, and TV. The living room and entertainment rooms are both fitted with split systems for heating and cooling. The master bedroom has an ensuite, and there is a second bathroom with a bath and shower. Each bedroom has a queen bed and wardrobe. Off-street parking for 4 cars. BBQ and outdoor setting conveniently situated near the kitchen and servery window, connecting the indoors and outdoors. Find your sunny or shady spot throughout the day, with many choices to relax on the north and west-facing decks. The kitchen has an electric oven and hot plates, microwave, and pod coffee machine (with pods provided).

Great location near surf beaches

Perfect home for a weekend break. The house was very clean and comfortable and well kitted out for cleaning and drying all our beach gear. Good shops, cafes and pub nearby.

The location was excellent, although the photos gave the impression it was right on the beach, rather than nearby. Nicely equipped. Could have done with some wifi but not critical. Games room was good. Nice place. Had a great weekend

Perfect home to spend a weekend away with family

This home was perfect and had all the little extras that made it welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable to stay at. The owners were very accommodating, excellent communication with beach, supermarket and eateries a short walking distance away. Highly recommend.

Comfortable home, gorgeous beach

Really appreciated the care the owners had taken and some of the small details of the property, and could see the owners were keen for us to have a great time. The owners communication and willingness to be helpful was great.

Lovely home in fabulous location

The house is single storey and as we had kids worked a treat. The area is residential and the kids could easily sleep early in the evening as there was no noise after 930pm. Comfortable, modern, clean and super spacious - thoroughly recommend

Fantastic stay at Colonnades beach oasis, Cape Woolamai

All of us (six in total) had a comfortable stay at the property for two nights.Luke the property owner responded to all my queries within a few minutes. His instructions on how to check in and out were very clear and easy to follow.Inside the property was very clean. Bed linen and towels were very neat and clean too. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals.Location of the property was highly convenient and only walking distance to a clean beach.We highly recommend this accommodation for anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Pleasant, quiet home with all you could need.

Booked a last minute mini getaway in peak season. This place was clean, comfy and quiet - away from the madness of cowes. There was plenty to do at home with pool table and games or a short stroll to walk along the beach or up to the Wooli to have a cold beer. Only a short car ride to beautiful walks, swimming beaches and attractions of the island. Communication was easy and prompt.

Perfect at Cape Woolami

We had a great time and found everything beautifully comfortable just like we were at home. This is a fantastic house in a great location. Idea for a small family or 2 or 3 couples. The house has everything you would want or need for a great stay and its in a quite yet very central location. The beach at the end of the road is magnificent. Surfing, walks and the pure enjoyment of a surf beach. Cape Woolami is only a short drive and is the best palce to swim with life savers on duity most summer days. I have no problems recommending this place to stay and hopefully will enjoy it again soon.
