“Lindo lugar, casa antigua y remodelada... el problema es que la habitación ubicada en el tercer piso ( habitación 9 ) era el ático, por lo tanto la ventanita al exterior era pequeña y sin vista. Para no sentir tanta claustrofobia hicieron tres tragaluces en el techo, pero éstos no tienen como bloquear la entrada de luz. No me gustó eso y lo hice saber pero no hubo otras habitaciones disponibles a pesar de haber solicitado con antelación no ser hospedado en la habitación 9.”

“Old Victorian with rooms in out buildings. When we checked in we were disappointed that the advertized free parking was not available. The dining room was very attractive and the breakfast food was tasty, but a small portion, compared to other B&B's. The bathroom and one of the bedroom windows were missing curtains. Two of the windows were not attached to their frames, so they were threatening to fall into the room. The bed was comfortable. The decor was nice, but sparse. No chair, no bedside...

“Pictures misrepresent the state of accommodations. House is very old, bathroom is falling apart and we asked for an ocean view room - you could barely see it out of one corner of the window. The rest of the view was of construction. “Farm to table breakfast” is a bit of a stretch too - basically everything was store bought except the tomatoes from the patio - which was a mess. Host didn’t even bother to ask us when we would like breakfast or if any dietary restrictions, nor did she ask if we...

“Had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to capitola village and the beach. We really enjoyed the views from the deck, and the sound of the waves. The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times. Parking was a little tricky due to the construction, but we figured it out eventually. Our host was very welcoming. We had a great time...

“I stayed at this property with my son and little dog for several days in April, so “slightly offseason.” The location is great—easily walkable to the main beach and the shops and restaurants of Capitola, and a 15-minute drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We also appreciated the convenient off-street parking.”
