Un pedacito de cielo en el río en Capitola !!

Esta maravillosa casa en el pintoresco complejo de Capitola le recordará de estar en un pequeño pueblo en Italia. Marca nueva cama en un dormitorio y un doble super cómodo en el segundo dormitorio. Sofá cama con la parte superior acolchada gruesa en el salón tiene capacidad para dos.

Tiene su propio muelle con sus propios kayaks y una canoa para utilizar en su tiempo libre. O se puede sentar en la terraza y dan a la hermosa Soquel Creek y observar la naturaleza.

Podrá pasear por la playa y disfrutar de las olas y el sol.

Barbacoa en la terraza y ver los patos serpentean por mientras disfruta de una copa de vino de una de las bodegas de la zona. O simplemente relajarse y leer su libro favorito en la intimidad de su propia cubierta.

Los verdes alrededores son impresionantes. Si se siente el deseo para ir de compras o salir a cenar, el centro de la ciudad y Espanade solamente son un río dos minutos a pie.

Shops, dining and beach all within a 5 minute walk. Great deck, cute house. Though there is one bathroom it is worth noting that it is Jack and Jill style, one door is in the hallway and the other is through primary bedroom, turning it from questionable to totally doable. We were happily surprised. Though the description says it sleeps six, two beds are double, which they note) so may not work for larger folks.

incredible location. quick walk to the beach and the village. Excellent restaurants. Highly recommend "Shadowbrook" just across the river.We had no idea the annual Wine and Arts festival was happening this weekend. Great time!Overall a great place to stay.

We had peaceful mornings and beautiful nights here. One of our favorites stays in Capitola. We’ve come every year for the past 10 years or so during Labor Day weekend. This home is such a gem! The peaceful river, beautiful surroundings of trees and flowers makes a perfect picture for our early morning coffee and afternoon naps. Walking distance to everything.

The highlight of this property really is the beautiful deck overlooking the creek! Its the perfect, peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature with hummingbirds, butterflies and ducks on the water. Loved having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening there. Also loved the walkability to everything. No need to get in the car if you don't want to. The dedicated parking space was also a plus. The house was clean and comfortable, and we did appreciate the smart TV. We will definitely return!

This place was amazing! Bigger than it looked in the pictures, and things seemed new and/or well cared for. The porch was our fav place to hang out, and we loved being walking distance to the Village. Steve was super kind and very responsive.

As always, we had a wonderful few days at Steve and Lois’s adorable house on the river. We’ve been coming to their home for literally years and it never disappoints. Their home is clean, well equipped and so comfortable. They are wonderful people and always available if we have questions. We’ll be coming back in November for my birthday. This place is a gem.
Lucy isn’t sure what she’s guarding, but she’s killin’ it! She loves the deck!

Steve greet us. The home and deck very save and secure for the young children. The deck was a great place for f dinner and hanging out. The kayaks needed some serious cleaning especially the bottoms. We used the board and paddle and the children enjoyed going up and down the river.

Girl's beach trip!

We loved the location of this property for our annual girls trip. Kayaked on the river, easy walk into town and steps to the beach! Everything we'd hoped for. Beach house is clean and comfortable. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back!

This house is in a perfect location for visiting Capitola. Beautiful beach path to restaurants, pier and beach. The outside deck and view are stunning and the neighborhood is one of a kind. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the kitchen needs to be better stocked and the living room furniture could be more comfortable. I would stay here again.

Tranquil Riverfront Gem

This property located on the Capitola river offers guests two vacation experiences in one. The river view is beautiful, peaceful and best enjoyed relaxing on the deck. The house is charming and comfortable making this a complete vacation all by itself. The beach/Village is a very short walk, and offers a lively, energetic experience with shops, restaurants, warm sand, and clean ocean air. Life is good in Capitola!

Great location!

We loved this place! We sat on the lovely deck and used the kayak and paddle board. It was perfect for walking to the beach and walking to Gayle’s for pastries. We will definitely rent it again.
