Two bed-room apartment on the ground floor composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. An additional bed can be added in any room. Outdoor area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

- groups of guys under 21 years old are not allowed
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- pets allowed only small size with a fee of € 30 on the spot
