Amazing location, the property and amenities are very well described. Our family enjoyed the access to the gulf, the pool and the outdoor spaces. The communication from the host prior to the stay and the text updates during the stay was appreciated.

A unique home

The property was spacious enough and very well decorated, kitchen was well stocked for cooking/ eating in. The location, beach and view are all incredible.

Location is perfect, felt private and exclusive. Good for large groups. Kitchen was well equipped with two refrigerators. Coffee pot wasn’t amazing but they rarely are. The fold out couch needed a blanket, pillow and mattress cover (sheets were provided) the other bedrooms were sufficiently equipped. We were a large group and some guests were very cold… so blankets were an issue.

Captiva Family Reunion

Beautiful property and perfect for large family gatherings. Loved being right on the beach for swimming, fishing and shelling. This home was well equipped with kitchen items and beach gear. Pool could have been a little warmer.

the property is very private and felt like we owned the beach. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice to know there were lots of beach chairs and umbrellas on property. Also mgmt company couldn't say if a keurig was on site, it was. I get they can break, etc.big issue was pool wasn't heating. Reported Sunday and fixed on Wednesday after I followed up four times with texts. We could finally use it on Thursday. They really wanted to be five star and most things were but must do better with the pool to rate five star in my opinion. Property was as described and very spacious for 8 adults and several kids under 10.

Magical family vacation!

We had a fabulous week at New Latitude! The setting is spectacular and the home is even better than pictured. Lovely views from every direction. We have rented quite a few times on Captiva and this one takes the cake. Home is very clean, kitchen well organized enough towels for everybody etc. Everything you need is here. The sunsets at this home are perfection! 10+ stars. We hope to return with our family again in the future.

Had a blast!

We loved staying in New Latitude. Everyone had their own bed and bath. It was wonderful to have so many outdoor activities at the house and we greatly appreciated the umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and paddle boards! The privacy of the beach was excellent. My son-in-law did mention that the mattress was not all that great in their room (2 floor-2 master) and we did have a little trouble with the lock on the front door, but overall it was a great experience that we would like to do again. Thanks!

Family Vacation

We took our whole family of 14 to New Latitude for vacation. The house has every form of beach entertainment imaginable. The beach is gorgeous with gentle waves and crystal clear water. We could have easily fit more people in the house. The pool is amazing. There were a few problems but the worst was the daily landscaping visits early in the morning. Very noisy! The location is convenient to so many places. But you will need a car. We will be going back! We loved New Latitude.

We have already recommended New Latitude to some of our friends. Having the private beach basically in your backyard is such a benefit. It’s so easy to carry everything that you need when it’s so close. The house has so many things to make the beach and ocean so enjoyable. Umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, paddle boards, sand buckets,… The size of the house allowed couples and individuals their own beds and bathrooms. The decks were spacious and well equipped, and a major factor was that it was clean.

This property is more than a 5 star rating. It truly just doesn't get any better than this! We called about one of the washing machines not working and Ryan came to the house in a very timely manner and checked it out.

We have been vacationing in Captiva/Sanibel for 20 plus years.

We have been vacationing in Captiva/Sanibel for 20 plus years. This home by far was the greatest we have ever stayed in there. Besides the roomy beautiful home and large rooms, this view is incredible!! The ocean seems to really be part of the home. Sunsets.. why leave the house. Just sit on the balcony and enjoy!! Wow. Cant say enough great things about the place and our overall experience. Remains my favorite dream vacation. We will be back. Thank you so much. Steve W. Everyone we spoke to or communicated with was extremely helpful and quick to respond. A no worry vacation for sure.

Amazing House

This property is beautiful. The pool is wonderful, the porch with seating & a huge dining table was great, and the outdoor shower allowed for dolphin watching while washing your hair. We had the most wonderful experience.

The house is spacious and comfortable. I agree with previous reviews that the finishes could be better though. The views and beach are spectacular! Management is attentive.

New Latitude is the ultimate beach house!

This was a dream come true vacation! Captiva has the most beautiful beaches and sunsets. Our house was perfect for adults and children. The indoor pool was so accessible. We spent most of our time on the spacious decks when not at the beach - relaxing, dining, playing games, and watching the sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in New Latitude. This house has everything you need for a great vacation!
