  • This beachfront unit has just been renovated from top to bottom. Every square inch from the floors to the doors to the furniture, appliances and the $5000 Prana Sleep mattress!

    The ocean views from this unit are breathtaking.

    Includes your own private Golf Car! This beautiful beach front unit is located within the South Seas resort grounds. Enjoy some of the continents most spectacular ocean sunsets right from your own private balcony.

    The property was recently purchased and has been completely renovated from top to bottom. The floors, doors, kitchen, bath, appliances, furniture, bedding, linens, mattresses for an ultra modern look. The unit includes access to washer and dryer, the unit has a pullout sofa and a murphy bed enabling the unit to comfortably sleep up to 5 people.

    The unit will be fully stocked with a 4 seater golf cart and all beach amenities.

    This is a private residence within South Seas resort. You will not have access to the main resort pool. There are gorgeous condo pools within steps of the unit.

    You will have access to all Captiva has to offer by golf cart - Mucky Duck, Bubble Room, Doc Fords, Green Flash, Starbucks etc.

View was amazing, watched the sunset from the balcony most evenings. The place was clean, and had beach chairs and shelling tools there to use as well as an umbrella. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay!

We just had a wonderful stay at this beautiful , and as described beach front location! Our host, Marcus , was prompt in answering all texts , questions or concerns. And his thoughtfulness as we celebrated our 40 th wedding anniversary on this trip, went above and beyond!We would definitely book again.

Our host Marcus was fantastic! Room was just as described with amazing sunsets, golf cart was an added bonus!! Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed!! This was one of our best stays here on Captiva

We loved this condo and property! It comes with a golf cart. It is in a gated area. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. It has a washing/dryer, coffee pot, and espresso machine, fridge, stove, and many other amenities. 2 pools on site. Short walk to the beach. Beach is almost private. Tennis courts. Marcus is a wonderful host with great communication. It’s just an amazing place to stay, especially for the price! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Perfect place for a couple! The king bed and bedding are high quality and very comfortable. The pillows are amazing! I even had to use the Murphy bed one night because my husband snores. Also had high quality bedding. The smart TVs were awesome so we could watch FIFA games in the later afternoon. I do laundry at the end of every day at the beach so it was nice having the washer and dryer. There is an elevator but we didn’t use it. Easy one flight up to the unit. The view from the screened in lanai? Remarkable! Front row seat to Captiva sunsets. Having the golf cart made it so easy to get around the island. The best part is that Marcus is so welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this unit.

The condo is beautiful. Spotless and in a perfect location. The sunsets from the comfort of the balcony were AMAZING!! The golf cart was a wonderful addition. We went to all of the restaurants and grocery store, everywhere in the golf cart and it was so much fun!!! Thank you very much Marcus, we will be BACK!!!!

Great stay in Captiva

This was a wonderful place to stay right on the beach and very private. Marcus was very easy to work with and everything was just as described. We will definitely stay again.

Anniversary trip time to unwind

The condo had all the comforts of home that made our trip special. Very clean and had everything we needed for a day at the beach or a night in. We have stayed multiple times in this condo and as always it was awesome.

We had a wonderful vacation. The location is perfect and the unit was very clean with all the supplies we needed. The golf cart was fun to scoot to the store or local restaurants. The owner was helpful and responsive.
