Beach Villa 2313, Upscale and Beautiful Beach Front Condo with Gorgeous Gulf

  • Beach Villa 2313 is a very nicely renovated and luxurious vacation rental condominium in Captiva. Our spacious one-bedroom/one bathroom condominium features a very comfortable king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, a living area with a large flat panel TV, and a private screened lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The direct beachfront view looks out to the Gulf of Mexico and the pool area. While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis/pickleball courts, laundry room, BBQ grills, and the beach. We include beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful option,s and shops just outside the resort as well.

    Important Notes

    Private Management
    This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

    Beach Gear
    Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.

    Note:
    As of now, there is no construction taking place at the resort. However, if any construction or maintenance work arises during your stay, it would be beyond our control, and we would not be able to issue refunds for any related disruptions or inconvenience.

The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay very much. The beach was in excellent condition and kept very clean by the resort. We had not been to Captiva since the hurricane and were pleased with how well everything looked.

This property was amazing! A view of the beach, with a short walk to enjoy the water. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The property was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

Great location for beach activities and pool. Awesome view of the sunset from the porch. Short walk to restaraunts and ice cream. Next time might rent a golf cart for getting around. Otherwise couldn't ask for a better stay.

Very nice place overlooking the gulf. the new berm on the beach impeded some of the views of the waves breaking on the shore. Also, first floor description I literally thought I would have been able to walk right out of the lanai to the beach... my error on being from up north not realizing first floors in Florida are up one level. glad there was a elevator because I had someone in my party with wheelchair. Overall great place for a quit respite!

Wonderful property, we've stayed at this unit before and have always had a great stay. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and two markets. Weare already planning to return.

The beach view was great as pictured. Condo interior looked professionally decorated. Kitchen fully equiped but we usually ate at one of the good restaurants down the road. Our only complaint was the mattress that is extremly firm. My wife chose to sleep on the sofa instead. We decided to leave 3 nights early. The management rep said the owner and guests prefered very firm. It's a matter of degree.

Loved it all! The condo was located exactly as I had hoped. The beach was very close and even a Starbucks within walking distance. The Osprey out side the lanai. Pelicans, Dolphins, and lots of other birds. Wonderful!

We did not use laundry service never been to a place where you paid for using washers/ dryer. AC was fine but needed fan in bedroom to keep it cool.

Wonderful setting for Girls Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay on Captivia Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed the pool, watching the ospreys and other wildlife right in front of our unit, breakfasts out in the screened in porch, walks along the beach, shopping downtown and dinner + Happy Hours at Mucky Duck. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

We booked this condo the day before check in as a quick get away to heal from a bad situation and had to cancel hours after making the booking due to flight delays and no further flights available before the booking began. Ryan was amazing and helped us out with the cancelation, responding nearly immediately. I really appreciate his help as it was already a super stressful situation. Will definitely try this beautiful place again when it is not last minute during a government shut down.
