Dirty, dilapidated, and disappointing.

Hairs and smears on toilet seat, old dirty carpets, and front desk kept calling my room because Hotels.com reservation wouldn't show up. Breakfast is a joke. Don't stay here. Like a 3rd world hotel.

Dirty, dusty, stinky

I feel the room wasn't worth $78.00 and the room stunk, mini fridge was nasty, bathtub was dirty, beds were hard as bricks, the room was dusty and the heater was full of dust bunnies on the front of it. I will never waste money on a room from there. Oh the microwave was dirty as well. I want money back really

Few options in the the area.

Not very many options in the areas. It's good to get a couple hours sleep before heading back out on the road.

OK motel.

The beds were very comfortable. It was easy access to our room. The hair dryer did not work; the bathroom floor was not clean; the carpet was not clean; the toilet would not stop running; the night desk clerk was not at all friendly - just had a job to do; very mediocre.

Our room was clean but the beds were too firm for us. The bathroom was fairly clean but could have used a good scrubbing (dirt in the corners, dust on the baseboards, walls were dirty).

A Comfortable Dive

this place is a dive that has comfortable beds. Smells a little too.

Unplanned stop.

Room and bed were comfortable. Had to clean the AC filter which was 1/4 inch thick with dust and dirt, but otherwise everything was fine. AC unit worked so well after I cleaned the filter, that I almost froze...lol.

They lost a customer

I was given a room that as soon as I entered a disgusting odor of cat urine permeated the room. I turned on the air conditioner and that made it worse. I determined the flower bed outside the window and under the air unit was being used as a feral cat litter box.I was moved to another room and when in that room, I was appalled at the dirty bathtub. Like dirty footprint dirty. It's clear they don't use comet. Oh, and the towels are so rough they literally can be used to exfoliate your skin. That is no lie. I wont even talk about the sponge mattress.

Ugh

It was stop a stopover for sleep, but the place was a dump. $79 hotel worth $39. The room keys from the previous person(s) were still on the table.

Overnight stop after being at du quoin races

The night clerk was very nice when we check in at 11 pm. Room was painted nice (like the pics). And the bed was awesome. That is the only good thing I can say! The bathroom had hairs in the corners. the chalking around the baseboards had dirt/dust on every square inch that I could wipe off! Hallways on first floor smelled on cigarette smoke or something that was a mixture of smoke and deodorizer If you need a please to flop off the interstate it's okay. I would definitely stay somewhere different if back in the area. We didn't get head lice, bed bugs, or bring home any critters so..........

Plumber please...

Everyone there was nice & professional. That being said, The plumbing needs work. Sink never shuts totally off. Toilet wouldn't fill to flush,we let the desk know & they sent someone right away. He replaced something but I still had to take a trash bucket fill it in the tub & dump it in toilet to send paper down. Rusty tp & tissue holders. We had a take-out covered cup w/straw that all the ants loved.

Horrible!

The room smelled horrible. Beds were hard the carpet smelled like had not been cleaned. The smell of cigarettes was from the main enterance to the room.

Just OK

It was a bit noisey. Not bad for the rate. Would not stay again. The booking was messed up. I changed date through hotels.com but hotel didn't receive the change!! AND I had been charged for both nights even though I was marked as a "no show". Ugh!! Hotel was great about fixing it.

Would not return!!

Stayed 3 nights and will choose another hotel in area next visit. This place was not clean. Bathrooms were disgusting. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel room was terrible

Insects in the room, burn marks on the comforter and blanket. Not clean at all!!

Would not stay again

Hotel was very disappointing. The room had cob webs in every corner of the room. Air conditioning unit has packed with dust and well as the vents in the room. Carpet looked like they vacuum but just not ever in the corners of the room. Bathroom was out dated and tile floor had gobs of glue where they tried to repair the crack tiles. I had to go through and clean the room the best I could before we went to bed. They said there was breakfast but we saw none.

This hotel is in the middle of no where. There's fast food & a Walgreens but thats about it.
