This property had everything that we wanted & needed. Plenty of space to accommodate 10 extended family members. My elderly mobility-impaired parents were able to navigate the small shallow steps into the house as well as out onto the Trex deck (newly installed). All flooring was easy for them to walk on, and there was a walk-in shower. They did not go upstairs or downstairs due to the many stairs. The large kitchen and dining table accommodated us all, and there was additional seating on the deck. The kitchen had 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, large counters, 8 burner gas stove, and a huge fridge! The ice maker produced a lot of ice, and the water tasted good. The view of Mt. Sopris when you walk into the home is stunning! The main bedroom & bath are phenomenal with the high ceiling, steam room, stacked laundry, and view from the patio. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms... two of the rooms share a jack & jill bathroom which is a good size (one of those 2 rooms has a great view & balcony). The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a private en suite & stacked laundry. There is a small loft connecting the 2 bedrooms with the one bedroom. The loft overlooks the great room and is quite high; I might be a little nervous with kids. The kids can go to the basement instead where there are big comfy couches & a large tv. The basement is spacious & has egress windows. The three bedrooms share a bath (with a heated towel bar). Beds were comfy. The view of the stars from the deck & hot tub was gorgeous!
