Beautiful Property in Redstone

This property is really beautiful on the outside. However, the person that is managing the property was very rude to me via text message & over the phone. She gave me the wrong room information so when we got to the property, we accidentally opened the wrong unit and saw that there was stuff in the unit. When I called the property manager to get her help, she was rude to me and asked me how I got that unit information and I told her it was sent to me through the VRBO messaging system, which was supposedly direct communication with her. She then was very condescending in tone to me and started telling me that I was in the wrong because she gave me the wrong information and wrong room number and code. After speaking with her, she finally gave me the right room information and code, but only apologized after she was very rude and disrespectful to me via VRBO messages and on the phone. The room itself wasn’t very clean. There was a half used bottle of body wash in the shower, the sheets had visible signs of dirtiness on them. The carbon monoxide detector wasn’t working and was placed in a cabinet above the microwave. There was food left in the freezer from another guest. There were ice packs left in the freezer from another guest. I was very disappointed in this unit and the way I was treated. This is not my first time being at this location and every other time I came I had a pleasant experience with no issues. It makes me very worried to come back here.

Wedding weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The property is clean, comfortable, and sit on the river in the heart of Redstone. We live nearby, but felt like we were on vacation. A short walk to the Redstone Inn where our friends tied the knot.

Weekend in Redstone

The studio was perfect for a weekend centered around hiking to Crystal Mill with my partner. We loved that the place was truly right on the river with steps down to it, a patio and fire pit, grills, and chairs to enjoy the sunshine and water. It was clean, the kitchenette had everything we needed, and the grounds were really well kept.

Very enjoyable stay!

Really enjoyed the stay and will be back again. So much fun to be on the beautiful Crystal River, nice to sleep with that beautiful sound as well. Outstanding stay with no complaints.

Amazing stay on the river

My boyfriend, dog, and I really enjoyed our stay here! The place is in a cute mountain town and right on the river. Nicole was super communicative and accommodating when we had to change our dates last minute. Place was cozy, clean, and secure!

Nice Little Getaway Place With One Exception

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this property as we celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary. It is a lovely setting and a quaint and comfortably appointed room. Very clean, quiet and charming with the exception of the bed. While we would love staying here again, we would not do so unless the mattress was replaced. The current mattress sags and is covered by an upside down egg crate foam topper that does not provide any support. Thankfully we had nearby hot springs to ease our aches and pains. Redstone is a wonderful little village. We walked along the snow-covered Main Street, bought handmade sourdough bread from the General Store and loved looking through Tiffany of Redstone Antique Store right next door to this unit. The Crystal River Villas are located along the picturesque Crystal River with mountain views.
