Holiday Villa 'La Galipe' in the Heart of Nature

This peaceful house welcomes you for a relaxing family stay in the heart of the Médoc Regional Natural Park. Ideally located between Maubuisson, with shops and activities, and Carcans Ocean, both accessible by bike along forest cycle paths. By car, you can reach the lake or the ocean in 5 minutes, Carcans town in 10 minutes, and Lacanau in 15 minutes. Fully renovated in 2025, the house offers all modern comforts among the pine trees for a calm and pleasant holiday.



Set on a 750 m² plot, the house features a living/dining room and a 50 m² terrace, including a 20 m² covered area with a summer kitchen (hot/cold water sink, plancha grill). There are 4 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one with a private shower room and toilet, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine). High-speed Wi-Fi and TV are available. Heating in every room, towel warmers in the bathrooms. Baby cot available.



Entry is via stairs leading to the balcony. The garden-level garage includes a laundry area with two washing machines and a dryer.



Parking is available in front of the gate (2 private spaces) and in the driveway (1 space). Charging point available for an extra fee. Spare bikes, a child’s bike, some helmets, baby seat, large parasol, toys, and children’s books are provided.



Bath towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Cleaning is your responsibility, but a cleaning service is available for an extra fee. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Self check-in. Events are not allowed.
