- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds and a cot
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, air conditioning (living room, hall and bedrooms).
