“Beautiful and spacious home in a prime coastal area. The home was perfect for a large group offering several gathering areas throughout the home and outside patios — as well as a lush secluded garden near the koi pond. The kitchen was well-equipped with gourmet appliances, ample dishware/cookware and large counter spaces to accommodate several people working in the kitchen at the same time. When we arrived the home was welcoming and immaculate; the host was always quick to respond to inquiries....

The unit had everything you could want, even a beach umbrella, towels, sand toys and chairs. Some nice extras included both K-cup and regular coffee makers (with a bunch of K-cups provided!), laundry and dishwasher tabs and kids cups/plates/utensils! “Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work. “A good stay in a good location! Very close to many beaches. The beaches in the area were packed for the entire weekend. Many good local spots to eat and get coffee as well! The bed is pretty much solid as a rock, though, and the walls are very thin. Other than that, everything was great.”

“The rental was clean and qaint. The parking situation can be a headache if other renters arent considerate, but that wasn't the reason for the rating. This unit has AC for the living room but no AC for the bedrooms. The nights were very hot, very stuffy, and very muggy. We had to open the windows and leave the bedroom doors open to draw the cooler air from the livingroom into the bedrooms. If I knew I had to create a wind tunnel so my family could sleep, I would have chosen a different rental. ...
