“Due to the picture on the apartment’s page, I was under the impression it was close to the water. It is actually far from it. The apt. has two small windows; both face an old church. I would still give the apartment four stars but. The building is old. That could add to the charm but it is poorly maintained. The floors and carpet of common areas looked as if they were long overdue for a cleaning. In a lot of places, the paint and sometimes the wood was chipping off. The apartment was small but...
