    70s Hideaway is a fully self-contained ground-floor studio annexe with its own private entrance and no shared indoor spaces.

    Designed with a modern twist on 70s-inspired interiors, the space is warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for both short and longer stays.

    - 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum — You have exclusive use of the annexe, but it forms part of the owner’s home. Please be considerate of noise levels, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

    - 🧹 Look after the space — Please treat the home with care and help keep it clean and tidy during your stay. We really appreciate it! 💖

    - 🚫🍕 No food or drinks on the bed — To help keep everything fresh and comfy, please enjoy your meals and snacks in the kitchen or dining area.

    - 🎈 No parties or large gatherings — While we’re happy to welcome guests attending weddings or family celebrations nearby, the property itself isn`t suitable for parties or big get-togethers. If you`re unsure, just ask—we`re always happy to help!

    - 🛁 Towels are for indoor use only — Kindly avoid taking towels outside the property. It helps keep them soft and clean for everyone! 🧺

    - 👥 Only the booked number of guests may stay — If you`d like to add someone to your booking, just get in touch with us first. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

    - 🚭 No smoking indoors — Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. There’s a private outdoor area with a table and chairs where you`re welcome to smoke—just make sure the door stays closed to keep smoke from drifting inside.

    - 🎥 No filming or photography is allowed during your stay. If you`re interested in using the space for shoots, this is a separate service and can be arranged for an additional fee – just drop us a message!

    - 🐶 As dog lovers, we are more than happy to allow you to bring well-behaved pets along for your stay. We kindly ask that guests take a few normal precautions, including cleaning up after their pets even in the yard/garden areas, avoiding leaving them alone at the property, and generally respecting the property, neighbours, and furnishings by keeping them off the beds and furniture and using the dog blanket provided.

    - 🧼 Before you check out, we kindly ask that you leave the property in a generally tidy condition:
    - 🧽 Wash any used dishes and return them to the cupboards.
    - 🗑️ Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
    - ✨ Our cleaning team will take care of the rest. A standard clean is included in your stay, but excessive mess may result in extra charges.
