Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay. Check-in is self-service via a lockbox, and the lockbox code will be provided in the booking message for easy, contact-free entry. If you need any assistance, I’m just a message away!



The Neighborhood:

Our property is perfectly situated on Janet Street in the vibrant Adamsdown area of Cardiff. You will find yourself just one kilometer or a ten to twelve minute walk from the bustling city centre. Cardiff Central Station is conveniently located just over one kilometer away, making travel simple. For those arriving by air, Cardiff Airport is approximately thirteen kilometers to the south, reachable in a twenty minute drive. The neighborhood is well connected with frequent bus routes along Broadway and Newport Road, and you will enjoy easy access to a variety of local shops and charming eateries right on your doorstep.



Getting Around:

To get around Cardiff, you have plenty of options. The city is well served by Cardiff Bus, with frequent routes that connect you to the city centre, Cardiff Bay, and other areas. Cardiff Central Station is about a 12 to 15-minute walk for train services, and Cardiff Airport is around 20 minutes by car. The city centre is also very walkable, making it easy to explore. If you prefer, you can also use the bike-share schemes around the city.

Discounts available for long term stays.



-A fee of £50 will be charged for each lost set of keys, with higher costs possible for security keys. Additionally, replacing locks for security reasons may incur extra charges. We kindly ask you to keep your keys safe.

-A late checkout fee (after 10am) of £25 will be charged if the late checkout has not been pre-booked and the corresponding fee has not been paid in advance.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smoke odour, ashes, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to impose a minimum charge of £250 to cover additional cleaning and fumigation expenses.

-Parties, large gatherings, and outside guests are strictly prohibited. If sufficient evidence of such activities is found, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund and may enlist a security team to enforce eviction. A minimum fee of £500 may be charged to cover deep cleaning and disposal costs. Local authorities may also be involved if necessary.



Smart TV – Live TV is not available, but you’re welcome to log into your personal streaming accounts. Free streaming apps like YouTube are also available for your enjoyment. Please remember to log out of your accounts before departure.
