  • propiedad frente al mar independiente consta de dos plantas con balcones en la planta baja elevada y un gran jardín con barbacoa y balanceo, con acceso privado a la playa. Planta baja con sala de estar, con sofás y está decorado en un tema náutico, cocina con lavavajillas. Tres dormitorios en planta alta con baño y ducha. Presente pequeño lavadero con el funcionamiento de la máquina de lavado.
    La casa está a unos 15 minutos en coche del centro de Catania, a sólo 30 minutos del centro de Siracusa, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Fontanarossa, a 5 minutos en coche de Lentini, a pocos metros de este excelente restaurante y pizzería.

La maison est conforme à la description, elle est spacieuse,avec plusieurs espaces extérieurs.L accès direct à la mer est vraiment un plus,la plage est magnifique avec vue sur l Etna et une douche extérieure est à disposition. C était appréciable vu la chaleur cette semaine en Sicile. Les chambres sont grandes et 2 sont climatisées.Ricardo est disponible et de bon conseil, je recommande cet hébergement

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again.Ricardo was an outstanding host from start to finish—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were comfortable throughout our stay.The home itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The bedrooms had air conditioning, which was a huge plus, and the entire house stayed cool and comfortable thanks to the wonderful breeze. The location was fantastic, with easy access to a beautiful beach that made morning and evening walks a highlight of our trip.Everything was exactly as described, and we had no issues during our stay. If you're looking for a relaxing place with a great host and a beautiful setting, we highly recommend staying here.Thank you again, Ricardo, for helping make our trip so enjoyable!(Make sure you get a car rental for your stay, a taxi costs between 60-100 euros)

Großzügiges Haus in toller Lage mit direktem Zugang zum ruihigen und leerem Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist da, sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand, Bücher in verschiedenen Sprachen, etc.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer – absolut empfehlenswert

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus direkt am Strand! Das Haus war sauber, gut eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!Besonders für uns war der naturbelassene einsame Strand.

We had a lovely stay at Riccardo’s place. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The outside seating area was great and the nearby beach was really lovely. You do need a car if staying here as the nearest shops are a short drive away. We had great visits to Siracusa and Etna and we all also enjoyed visiting the Etnaland theme park and water park. Would recommend this accommodation for visiting this area.

great holiday home on the beach

A beautiful holiday home to feel at home, very well-equipped kitchen, lots of space, spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen, direct access to the beach. Mount Etna can always be seen from the beach, great excursion destinations and pretty towns nearby. Very friendly owner.

Wundervoll, ruhig gelegen, den Strand hatten wir trotz Hauptsaison fast für uns.Ab und zu wird Müll angespült, aber das ist an der gesamten Küste so.Ganz klare Empfehlung für Sizilien.

Chouette maison

La maison est spacieuse, vraiment très bien équipée, il y fait très chaud mais heureusement les chambres sont climatisées. L'accès privé à la plage est très appréciable ! Ricardo a été très disponible et sympathique.

Villa with private beach access

If you're after a quiet place with sandy beaches at your doorstep, this is a perfect place. We rented a car and explored the island based in this villa. Ricardo was very helpful.

Great spot!

A fantastic house, just a few steps from the beach, through it's own private gate! Perfectly set up for a family, the house is spacious with plenty of outdoor seating to catch the sun or shade. The location makes trips to Catania, Syracuse and Noto easy days out. With the sandy beach on the doorstep, I highly recommend this place!

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Riccardo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und kümmert sich sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste.Die Lage zum Strand hin ist wunderbar, wenn man zu einem Restaurant möchte, braucht man unbedingt ein Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wonderful Stay!

Riccardo was so helpful and accommodating. His place was very comfortable and ideally located to see all the sights on the eastern side of Sicily. Direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach with a view of Mount Etna was a highlight. Would definitely recommend!

Sehr erholsam

Wir wollten eine ruhige, erholsame Zeit hier verbringen: Strand, Meer, Sonne... Wir waren meistens allein auf unser Sandstrand und hatten viel Spaß. Catania, Syracus, Enna, Etna, Noto, Agrigento sind mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und super nett!

Super property close to fabulous beach

A very comfortable property with everything that we needed. It really is just a few minutes from a wonderful sandy, nearly empty beach with great views of Etna. Good for visiting anywhere in the East of Sicily, and a couple of great friendly restaurants just five minutes away in the car. Special thanks to Riccardo for waiting for us for several hours after our plane was diverted!

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Remote work, direkter und privater Strandzugang, die Abwechslung zwischen Entspannung und Kultur: wir und unser Hund haben uns im Haus von Riccardo sehr wohl gefühlt und alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben vorgefunden. Auto ist erforderlich. Äußerst zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Dankeschön Riccardo !
