Beautiful art-filled mid-century Navajo adobe. Enjoy a great New Mexico experience! Centrally located near Hwy 285 and all the best restaurants in town, and a 25-minute drive to Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Guests with really big families may want to book both of our homes, only a block away from each other.

THE HOUSE
You'll love all the southwestern art and decor, featuring prints by Tom Lea. Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, and fast (100mb) WiFi so you can log in to your own streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more). The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric tea kettle and modern appliances. Washer and dryer in the utility room. Back patio with seating, umbrella and a propane grill. We've added all the comforts of home to enrich your stay, and we're very responsive to our guests' needs.

Self check-in with a keyless smart lock. Free parking in the driveway and plenty of free street parking.

Carlsbad has many great attractions, starting with world-famous Carlsbad Caverns National Park, the Pecos River (swimming, fishing, water sports and Christmas on the Pecos), Living Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park, and much more!

For home security, there is a Ring doorbell with a camera outside the front door. No pets, no smoking indoors, and no parties or events.
