“Location is excellent, walking distance to good restaurants and a nice park to walk through. Driving distance to great hikes and even more great restaurants. Beautiful nooks and crannies to play games or sit and relax. Fire pits to sit by. Wild flowers everywhere. Room were lacking decor so not super pretty but certainly clean and comfortable. Service and breakfast was wonderful. ”

“We had a great 40th birthday trip at the house! It is a great property and hosts are very responsive. There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! ”

“The River House is as advertised, well appointed, clean, comfortable beds, peaceful with a hot tube and the sound of a river which you can walk down too. It was much further away in terms of time than I expected. Although not too far in terms of distance, the road to the house is VERY twisty, and since we were in a rental car, took it slowly, easily taking an hour or more to and from Monterey. That was a big chunk of the day. ”
