Wonderful Condo

This condo was so lovely. It was right on the beach so the views were incredible. We had plenty of space, and the porch was fantastic for hanging out in the evening. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had the most incredible stay at this Beach Oasis! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect beachy vibe that instantly made us feel relaxed and at ease.The view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of waves and having coffee on the deck with an oceanfront view was pure bliss. The beach was just steps away, and it felt like we had our own private slice of paradise.The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals when we wanted to stay in. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole space was thoughtfully designed with every little detail in mind.Linda was very communicative, helpful, and clearly takes pride in making her home a special experience. We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but this one is truly top-tier.We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. Highly recommend — this place is a gem!

Beauty on the Beach

Lovely property with gorgeous views. Kitchen has everything you need to cook in and close enough to lots of great dining out options! Elevator makes hauling your luggage up to the second floor very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Love at First Sight!

From the moment you ride up the elevator (a necessity for us as two 70 year old seniors), and you enter directly into the unit, you will be amazed at how stunning the condo is. Perfectly described on the VRBO listing, you will enjoy ocean front views, a private ocean boardwalk to the water, beautiful furnishings, top-of -the-line appliances and extremely comfortable beds. There was nothing that needed to be provided except your own personal items and food for meals you wanted to cook. The location of the property is within a 5-15 minute drive of several restaurants. As we were visiting during Christmas week, a lot of places were closed but there were still excellent restaurants to enjoy and, if you are hikers, several trails at the end of the island in Kure Beach at the Fort Fisher State Historic Park.Linda, the owner, provided excellent and immediate response to any questions we had. We absolutely would recommend Ocean Oasis (the top floor for sure!) and will look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you Linda for all your assistance and help during our stay. You are a remarkable host!

A 10 star stay!!!

I never write reviews but this condo deserves one!!! It was amazing! The sunrises were breathtaking, the unit was spotless! They supplied you with everything you could possibly need. The furniture was so comfortable. There is not a negative thing I can say. I know when we come back to Carolina Beach this is the only place we will ever stay at! Thank you for making your home so welcoming and comfortable!!!

Heavenly Place

This is a perfectly appointed house with everything you need to have an amazing vacation. They have thought of everything to make your stay easy. The Welcome booklet Linda and Dean put together is a one stop place for all the things you need to know about the house and the area. They checked in with us to make sure that we did not have any questions. Coffee on the deck, watching the dolphins and the surfers every morning. The beach is close and lovely. I can not say enough about how this was the right choice for a fall getaway! Thank you Linda and Dean for sharing your home.

Best beach stay ever!

Gorgeous home right on the beach with private walkway to the sand. The home is so beautiful and comfortable. From unobstructed sunrise views to the home being equipped with just about everything you could possibly need, this is the perfect beach home away from home. Only thing you need to bring is your suit and beach towels! Linda, the host, was so gracious and responded immediately to messaging. We could not have asked for a more wonderful host.

Golden Gable Girls Beach Gala

We could not have asked for a more lovely place to relax and heal with aging friends and family. Linda was the perfect host and accommodating in every way possible. My mother could not stop smiling as we sat on the spacious and comfortable deck overlooking the ocean. We look forward to returning again sometime and would highly recommend others to do the same.

Beautiful townhome, perfect

We stayed in this beautiful property for my infant grandson’s first trip to the beach. Although the weather did NOT cooperate, we enjoyed time together in the beautiful townhome. The home is beautifully decorated, everything is perfect and spotless. The home is furnished with anything you could possibly need. When the record breaking rain (18 plus inches) caused unprecedented flooding as we were supposed to be leaving, the hostess allowed us to stay an extra night until it was safe to leave. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner.

Amazing Place, Location and Host!

First time to Carolina Beach

And we chose well by staying at Ocean Oasis! Linda and Dean were amazing hosts, and the condo was over the top! Despite Tropical Storm Debby's arrival, we stayed safely and comfortably, with all the extras to make it feel like home. The location is convenient to nearby restaurants, stores, and natural beauty. We would definitely recommend, and look forward to our next visit! Thanks again!

Family Vacation

We have been coning to Carolna Beach for a number of years when our family owned a property in Pelican Watch, but this was our first return in 6 years. The property and location was excellent!! Private access to the beach. The living space was new, very clean and excellent for our family. I would also add that for a family that has older members or special needs that have a hard time navigating stairs, this property also has an elevator that would help accomodate that need as well. We really loved the property and all of the little touches and extras that were obviously very well thought out in the design. We would definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Carolina Beach anytime in the future. Highly recommend!!

Relaxing and Beautiful

The top level of the duplex is exactly as pictured! Clean, comfortable, stunning views, and spacious. We had an outstanding stay. Bring extra towels if you like to use two as there is enough for one per person. Put your beach chairs out early if you want to be right in front of the unit there is public access and a hotel. But we never had issues as we head out early and stay all day! There is a surf school down by the boardwalk that does a great job and has private lessons. A fabulous time was had by all and we were able to witness sea turtles hatching a little way down the beach! It is so nice when your rental actually looks as great as the pictures!

Fabulous Ocean Front Stay

This condo was absolutely stunning from front to back. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need, all you need to do is bring your food! The beds were all comfortable, supplied with plenty of pillows and blankets throughout. When we weren't at the beach, we spent all of our time on the back deck. The condo comes with new beach chairs, and a locked storage room on the ground level which was such an incredible bonus for taking items to the beach. The elevator was perfect for someone that had some knee issues. The home came with a lot of movies for kids and adults, books, and a wide variety of board games that we enjoyed playing every night! The owners were extremely responsive before, during, and after our stay. I would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

This was a fabulous week at the beach. This home had everything you needed for a great relaxing vacation. All you need to bring is your clothes and food!! Everything was well stocked including beach chairs and shibumi for the beach. It was great to walk right out on the beach or relax on that fabulous covered porch. I enjoyed cooking in that beautiful new kitchen also. I surely hope to return one day!!

Lovely updated 2-flat

We enjoyed our week at the beach! Beautiful covered porch views! Well stocked kitchen. Nice selection of board games and beach reads. Beach chairs and easy to put up beach tent included. It was a great jumping off point to see some of the Wilmington sights—we enjoyed the Cape Fear Museum, the TN Battleship, and sailing with Raven’s Nest Sailing (all in Wilmington) plus the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue (in Surf City). Note, the beach is very busy… with the public-beach access right next door and high-rise condos two doors down; you need to claim your spot bright and early if you want to stay in front of your rental. Glad we brought our own beach towels and toys. They are building a new house next door (summer 2024) but construction wasn’t problematic for us.

Perfect getaway

This place was excellent for our trip. The direct beach access and balcony views can’t be beat. We really appreciated all of the amenities of the place: kid friendly dishes, well stocked kitchen tools, thoughtful placement of charging stations, plenty of patio furniture and even beach chairs on-hand for guests to use. Would stay again!

Excellent! Beautiful views!

This beach house was exactly as advertised! We lived on the balcony! Best views!! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, as well as well stocked kitchen items! Plenty of room to relax in the living room too late at night. We traveled with myself (the mom), my husband and 4 “kids”, ages 20,19,18,17! The week was enjoyed by all! We are definitely planning a return trip!!

Wonderful!

Our stay was great!! The place was very beautiful and in a great location, close to a bunch of restaurants and activities. The private beach access was very accommodating for the kids and they loved the place. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It definitely was a home away from home. Linda was super fast communicating when a problem appeared and there was rarely any concerns or issues during our stay. Check in process was flawless and effortless which is such a positive after traveling hours to get there. The kids absolutely loved the elevator access, made them feel like they were in a mansion. Overall, we all had the greatest time and will definitely be visiting again 😊

New and Nice

Great Carolina beach front location. This place was very new at the time we stayed there (early May 2024) and the "new car smell" was awesome - while there's nothing wrong with a "lived in" beach house, this place made us feel like we were the first to ever stay there. The house was wonderfully decorated and supplied with everything you could want - the kitchen had all the dishes and tools you would every need, and the rooms throughout were beautifully decorated, including nice touches like easily accessed device chargers. I'd highly recommend this place (if you can afford it... like everything these days, it is pricey.)

Truly an oasis!

A wonderful respite, yet feels like a home. Welcoming on every front - from the open layout and ocean views to lovely furnishings and gracious hosts. Enjoyed seeing dolphins in the ocean and watching sun and moon rises. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. For those who want to venture out, there is much to do and see with many fantastic restaurants nearby. A truly relaxing oasis!
