We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The view of the beach is wonderful. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset each evening was a dream. The house was spotless when we arrived and very well-maintained throughout. It had everything we needed: all the basic supplies were stocked.What really stood out was how family-friendly the place was. There were games and activities for every age group, which kept both the kids and adults entertained during our downtime. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun beach retreat!

Nice stay at the north end of Carolina Beach

This property is the perfect location for a relaxing stay at Carolina Beach. The property owner was super responsive. We’ll keep this in mind for future visits to Carolina Beach.

Wonderful beach house

Everything was clean and well stocked with anything you would need. Close to the beach, short walk. Close to restaurants and boardwalk area. Grandkids really enjoyed the amount of board games to play.

Great location

Location is great. Right across the street from the beach! Can often hear neighbors in the duplex next door, but didn’t bother us too much. Only problem we had was with check-in. The cleaners had just arrived at the property at check-in time. We had 2 young children with us and had already killed 3 hours awaiting check-in, so super disappointing to have the place not ready. Our 4:00 check-in turned into 5:30pm. Cleaners apologized and told us they’d already spoken with management and that they’d allow us a late check-out due to the inconvenience. I messaged the owner about it, but was not offered any sort of extended check-out (just an apology). Cleaners also bring young kids and dogs with them, which I felt was not appropriate and counterintuitive.

A Fantastic Find

We were looking at a last minute trip, and just happened to luck into this place. Everything was great. The location is fantastic. You're one building from the beach. Speaking of, both balconies give you a great partial beach view. Everything about the place was clean. It was well stocked. Plenty of bedding, towels, and soap. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook for our family of 5.

5 star house!!

I had a great stay. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had beautiful views. Its close proximity to the beach was a huge plus, allowing for easy access to the water. overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were really accommodating and the house was fully stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was great! Excellent location with super close proximity to the beach. (Beach access closest to the house was closed)Property is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and I love that everything is labeled (drawers and light switches) which is a nice touch!

Excellent location!

We stayed at this charming beach house in February over Valentine's weekend with our 5 kids. Let me just say not only was it stocked with everything that you could need while you're traveling but the renter (Matthew) went out of his way to accommodate changes to our travels plans and he was very open with communicating all the information that we needed prior to check, checking in, checking out. It was such a breeze. I would recommend to family and friends. This was a wonderful home to stay in and so close to the beach. Only about a 5 minute walk. Thank you again!

Home away from home

With graciousl hosts, wonderful property that is well maintained and great location, there’s not much more you can ask for in an experience. Except, it turns out there’s more! I was impressed with the thoughtful small touches from aluminum foil to extra pens, well organized games with everything stored also labeled to make finding things easy. Highly recommend this place!

The best!

Wonderful vacation

Nothing but great things to say about this property. We had a wonderful stay.The place was very clean, well decorated, and modern.The kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked. Super easy access to the beach -- the location was perfect for us. Leslie and Carl were quick to respond to our questions and very friendly. We’re looking forward to booking again!

Great family and friends stay

We were lucky to have both unit 1 and 2 for the majority of our stay , the unit was well furnished with comfortable furniture, pots and pans , dishes, spices , trash bags and cleaning supplies. We had a initial blip when we arrived , the place wasn’t yet cleaned and so we left our dogs in a room with door closed with a note door with our phone number and went across the street, but cleaners didn’t call and left supplies and no toilet paper. We just made our own beds and cleaned up a bit and the niece was awesome and delivered toilet paper as we had almost none lol. There are also plenty of games and extra bedding. Almost all the beach chairs were broken, they did let us know but new ones were not supplied so we took turns on the chairs friends brought and the two good ones . There is a guy up the street that delivered electric bikes we rented, we visited many local bars including a tiki bar at the end of the street on the pier which was fun. Great place to see fireworks too!! We rented jet skis and a boat nearby and visited the aquarium and took a ferry to Southboro island . Lots to do and we would definitely come back. Thank you!

Very nice!

Very close and convenient to the beach, it’s a 3 minute walk with easy access. This is probably the best stocked rental we have ever staid in. You don’t need to bring anything including beach towels, beach toys and chairs. It’s very nice and comfortable inside. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Enjoyable Family Vacation

Terrific property! Everything was just as promised in the listing. We had plenty of room for 6 adults with space for cooking, playing games, and watching movies. The beach was a few yards away, and there was plenty to do nearby when the weather didn’t allow beach time. We hope to stay at this property again on our next Carolina Beach vacation.
