Welcome to The Salt House Luxury Vacation Home with Private Pool (key to lock pool gate will be provided), Elevator, & Much More! This 4 bedroom 4 ½ bath, brilliantly designed vacation home is located on the North End of Carolina Beach and is built to sleep up to 26 people with 10 available parking spaces, is ADA compliant with an elevator and has zero entry showers. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and 6 of the 7 have a separate sitting area with sound proof floors and walls and a 50” inch smart tv (no cable channels provided) in each suite sitting area. USB ports are provided for gaming consoles on all Tv’s in the home. Each floor has its own wireless router with the highest Wifi speed available. The Salt House was built with a reverse floor plan and an incredible rooftop deck with panoramic views of the island. The luxurious gourmet kitchen includes waterfall countertops, 2 refrigerators, a 25 lb capacity ice maker, beverage and wine cooler, a 36” all gas range with 6 burners, Drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, and toaster. Also available for guest use is a spacious laundry room with High Capacity washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron, hairdryers in each bathroom, paper products, and trash bags.

Please note, Salt House has total of 7 Bedrooms / 7.5 Baths; however, if rented as a 4 Bedroom - the 1st floor Bedrooms are locked and guests will not have access to them.  This listing is for the 4 Bedroom option.
