Booking was seamless and very easy. Even before arrival, Bryant Real Estate thoroughly communicated reminders, preparation options, things to do, etc. Upon arrival the property was as listed; very well taken care of. My family was impressed. My mom and sister are sticklers of cleanliness so that meant a lot to have their approval. With four floors, our favorite feature was the elevator. There were also a lot of things we were able to utilize like beach chairs, tents, wagons, that improved our beach experience. The property was well kept and appeared clean. However, on the second day we noticed roaches in the kitchen area. This tainted our experience, especially since I have an infant. After we sprayed, we noticed lots of roaches of medium and small size become visible over the next 8ish hours from the refrigerator area, lots around the trash can area, the dishwasher area, and even scattered into the refrigerator with our food and my infants breastmilk. We threw out our grocery and opted to eat out for the remainder of our stay. Bryant Real Estate sent a technician to help address the issue quickly, on the same day I notified them. He mentioned the property is on a treatment plan, meaning - to me - the roaches were a known issue. Our visit was tainted by the bug issue. Upon being notified, Bryant Real Estate worked with us to make it right as my niece found a small bug in her bag when she returned home. I would book with them again… but a different property.
