The luxury villa La dimora degli ulivi welcomes in large, cozy and beautifully furnished spaces.
The
property is fully fenced and enveloped in the charm of the Apulian
countryside, and framing it is the centuries-old fruit olive grove whose
oils are used for medicinal purposes.
The infinity pool is
surrounded by solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas. Next to it is the
pergola that provides shade for the outdoor dining area, furnished with
table and chairs for lunches, dinners and breakfast by the pool.
A wonderful multi-person Jacuzzi pool introduces the wellness area. Here there are also the mini SPA with sauna and Turkish bath, a holistic area,
separate from the others, with massage beds and everything that can be
useful to restore body and mind, the outdoor fitness area.
There are, then, thebarbecue area and the outdoor shower corner, the covered outdoor kitchen, with wood-burning ovens and kitchenette.
The outdoors is completed by a spacious veranda with
a white wooden canopy and curtains, furnished to spend pleasant moments
outdoors. If necessary, and especially in low season, the veranda can
be closed by a panoramic window to create the winter garden with a view
of the olive grove.

beautiful town in the Brindisi area with green countryside full of olive
groves that accompany towards the sea, the beaches of the Adriatic
coast and the WWF natural oasis of Torre Guaceto.
The town center
with its beautiful old town and medieval castle is just 8 km away. The
sea with Morgicchio beach is about 2 km away.
The famous town of Ostuni is also nearby, about 13 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
