“The cabin was a bit run down. The patio door would not lock. I had to spend half of my first day waiting for a repair man. The repair man was very nice and fixed it for the moment, but again my first day was ruined. I left a day early because I didn’t feel comfortable there. ”

“The property was clean and the check in process was super easy. Lots of driveway space for up to 4 cars if needed. The host has some really cool unique instruments that he allows you to play and left instructions on how to do so. Location is very close to town but about 40-60 minutes from sites like arch rock, skull rock, and the hall of horrors. Overall it was a fantastic stay, we watched some classic VHS tapes like jurassic park and indiana jones. We would definitely come back in the future!...

“Unbelievable property and incredible, responsive property management. Communication was smooth. House is filled with amazing games and things to do. They even had a Nostalgia Edition Monopoly board which excited my 10 year old self. 10/10 would return. ”

“This place definitely had a prime location and was perfect for our night at Pappy & Harriet's. We would have walked if it wasn't so cold, windy & wet from the rain earlier! But, it was the fastest drive! The rooms & bathrooms were clean and the hot tub was a bonus! We will definitely be back again with friends. A perfect getaway! And any communication with host was a breeze! ”

“My family wanted to get out of town to see the stars, planet alignment, and just escape the city for the weekend. As soon as we saw the boulder house we knew it was the place. Not only was the house extremely unique, it had so many cool little rooms and themes throughout. On top of that, the pool and jacuzzi were heated, something about swimming in 49-50 weather with a desert backdrop makes it feel like a whole new experience. “Getting to the property was a little challenging as there were road signs that were missing but we found Apple Maps or google maps to work ok.Gorgeous property very secluded with huge windows and open concept main living area. Nice private bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms.
